13 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Food and beverage must be purchased and served by the hotel. Printed menus are for reference and our event staff would be happy to customize menus to your specific needs. Menu pricing is subject to change. Guarantees - Please confirm your guaranteed number of guests at least 5 business days prior to your event. The expected number will act as the final guarantee. If the guarantee is not provided within this time frame, the expected number will act as the minimum number guaranteed. Service Charge and Tax - All food and beverage prices are subject to a 11% gratuity, 12% taxable service charge and Massachusetts State/ Town of Billerica Tax of 7%. Meeting room and audio visual equipment are subject to 22% taxable service charge and 6.25% Massachusetts State Tax. Shipping - In the event of shipping materials to the hotel, please include the company/group name, event manager and date of the meeting on the outside of the package. The hotel cannot assume responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise. Liquor - The hotel holds a license from the Massachusetts State Liquor Commission and is responsible for complying with it's regulations. Neither patrons, or patron's guest are allowed to bring alcoholic beverages into the hotel. No persons under 21 will be allowed to consume or purchase alcohol. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who visibly appears to be under the influence of alcohol. All buffets require a minimum number of guests. Should your guarantee fall below the minimum, the invoice will reflect the minimum required.
