Audio visual equipment is subject to a 21% service fee and a 6% DC sales tax. Food, beverage and audio visual service fees are taxable. Guarantees: in order to make your meeting a success please confirm your final guarantee/final guest count 3 business days (72 hours) prior to your event start date. The expected number on your agreement will be used as the final guarantee if a guarantee is not confirmed 3 business days prior to the event. Cancellation: (unless noted otherwise in the agreement): From agreement signing - 30 days prior to event date 50% of room rental fee 29 days - 8 days prior to event date - 100% of room rental fee and 50% anticipated food and beverage revenue 7 days - event date - 100% of room rental fee and 100% anticipated food and beverage revenue
