12 General Conditions Reservations To confirm your reservation, we kindly request you to send the Event Reservation Card signed via with all the requested information. Payment Policy All rates are expressed in US$. The exchange rate applied corresponds to the hotel s exchange rate on that day. A 50% payment of the quoted total price shall be paid within 5 business days after confirmation. The remaining amount (50%) must be paid 30 days before the event takes place. All extras to the original budget that are generated while the event takes place must be paid at the end of it at the hotel s Reception Desk. Any initial payment or security deposit is nonrefundable. Prices are subject to change. Parking The hotel has private parking. A 20% courtesy parking will be granted according to the number of guests per event, subject to availability at the time of the event. The hotel rate is a normal rate of US$ 2 per hour / vehicle. A flat rate of US$ 9 per vehicle shall apply for events that last at least 8 hours. Confirmations Confirmation of the event is subject to availability. The final number of attendees must be confirmed at least 4 days before the event takes place. Casa Andina will confirm the event by sending an Event Reservation Card. Equipment or Material Provided for by Client The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss that may occur to the organizer s audiovisual equipment and / or contracted third parties, including participants personal objects on the day of the event. Before setting up any kind of decoration or assembly work, the event coordinator needs to be consulted. Entering the event with food and beverages is not allowed. Attendees may not carry articles that might cause fire and bombs containing paper snippets. All banners must have a stand and must only be shown within the event salon. All material left at the hotel that has not been claimed after three months will be donated. Important This Event Kit is valid for the year It may change without prior notice according to market conditions. NonSmoking Policy According to Peruvian Law number 25357, smoking is prohibited in public places.
