Perfectly situated on the water s edge in the heart of the city, the ambience is fun, unpretentious and incredibly welcoming. As the worlds first living bar the green wall is the main feature, and with comfortable seating designed for you to relax all day and late into the night. We offer delectable food produced with local, free range and predominantly organic produce. 3 your function Our aim is to constantly exceed high expectations as purveyors of excellent function planning. From hosting the New Zealand Rugby Union s official pre Rugby World Cup event on the day the World Cup kicked off in 2011, to Sir Richard Branson, to FIFA s official closing party for the U20 World Cup, you could say we ve got it covered. In fact, few do it better. We cover corporate functions, large or small, and offer exclusivity to the more considerable events. With four different areas available that can be used seperately or combined as one area, it s very rare that we won t be able to accommodate you.

4 OUR SPACES courtyard The most requested of all our areas, positioned at the front of the Conservatory, this area is under cover with retractable walls and fitted electric heaters. Your call whether to have the walls up or down, it is the ideal spot for winter or summer. Capacity is dependent on the furniture arrangements. garden lounge Situated outside, along the side of the bar, under cover, the area is sea facing with fitted electric heaters. 5 wharf view Positioned literally on the wharf, these leaners are perfect for big summer get togethers. The view is unsurpassable, as is the people watching. Outside on leaners with no cover, this area is ideal for those that want to chill in the sun. dining The warmest and cosiest area with an open fire burning in winter. Consisting of leather chesterfield couches, and a few dining tables, however we can move all furniture out should you want to hire the whole bar area.

WHARF PLATTER Pan-fried prawns, scallops, grilled sesame tuna, potato and crab cakes, chilli pepper squid, half shelled mussels, grilled fish of the day. $65 CONSERVATORY PLATTER Char-grilled beef sirloin, lamb tenderloins, bourbon pork ribs, BBQ chicken breast, chorizo skewers, Tequila & garlic marinated chicken bites. $60 GARDEN PLATTER Stuffed mushroom, roasted garden vegetables, slow cooked vine tomatoes, parsley and lemon infused duck fat potatoes, fava beans, chipotle mousse, spiced artichokes, Spanish olives. $55 CHARCUTERIE PLATTER Mahoe Valley 1 year old Edam, Nappa Valley 8 month old Bleu d Auvergne, Central Otago Evandale Tania, Iberian chorizo salami, Carchelejo Serrano ham, served with water crackers, fruits, citrus marmalade. $65 All platters are served with fresh bread, green salad and chef s choice of dips and sauces. 9 beverage options OPTION 1 : PRE ORDER Host can pre select bottles of wine, chilled beer buckets and non alcoholic drinks. Bubbles on arrival optional. Tab limit can be increased on the day of your function based on consumption. OPTION 2 : BAR TAB For groups of 20 and under only. Guests are free to order at the bar on the hosts tab. We can keep these drinks restricted to suit the host s budget. PARTY PACKAGE This is the ideal package for you. 10 BOOKING INFO secure your booking We require a deposit of $500 to secure your booking for groups of 25+. This can be invoiced or paid directly at the venue prior to your function, and will be credited back to your bill, providing there are no damages. Bookings are confirmed once your deposit has been paid. Venue hire options are available; please enquire to discuss options and ideas. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Booking a function with us will mean that you agree to our terms & conditions. 11 ENTERTAINMENT We have an array of talent should you wish us to arrange it for you. You are welcome to source entertainment if desired at your own expense. Please consult the Functions Manager before organizing entertainment to ensure your selection is suitable to our venue.
