TUMPANE Assistant Principal October 30, 2014 Dear 6 th, 7 th and 8 th Grade Parents, This year we will be having the Fall Parent Teacher Conferences on Monday, November 24 th from 4:00 7:30pm and Tuesday, November 25 th from 8:00am 1:00pm. Even though this is a scheduled day to meet with teachers, we encourage parents to contact teachers at any time. Here is the information for the conferences: 1. Student report cards are mailed November 5 th. 2. Students will attend school on Monday, November 24 th and be dismissed at 1:00 P.M. There is no school on Tuesday, November 25 th for students. 3. All 6 th, 7 th and 8 th grade level Team conferences will be scheduled in half hour blocks. During this half hour, all team teachers will be available to conference with six parents. We are asking parents to take only five minutes with each teacher so that we can accommodate as many people as possible. If longer conferences are needed, we ask that you make other arrangements with your child s teachers. 4. Conference hours are: Monday, November 24 th Tuesday, November 25 th 4:00pm 7:30pm 8:00am 1:00pm 5. Please prioritize the time slots that you would like for conferences.
