4 COCKTAILS The Angels Share name itself refers to the small amount of alcohol that evaporates out of whisky barrels during fermentation. You ll find a nod towards our whisky roots in our whisky based cocktails with some delightful results! Here at Angels Share we also like to infuse and create our own bits and bobs! You ll find many cocktails with a unique touch to add some interesting flavours to your drinks, such as Oreo biscuit infused vodka and blackberry infused whisky, or even our marshmallow gomme! If nothing takes your fancy, feel free to ask our expert bartenders for your favourite cocktail or challenge them to make something to your taste.

5 Vodka The Scottish Botanist 9.0 An intriguing combination of rhubarb vodka, Botanist gin, rosemary, basil and elderflower all married together. Gordon Street Mocha Martini 9.0 Our twist on an Espresso martini, we combine Oreo infused vodka with Kahlua, marshmallow gomme and Gordon St Coffee. Little Miss Sunshine 9.0 Our version of the ever-popular French Martini it s vanilla vodka, rhubarb vodka, cranberry juice, pineapple juice all shaken together delicious! Strawberries and Cream 9.0 A classic combo invoking a favourite summer snack. We ve combined vanilla vodka, strawberry liquor, prosecco and fresh muddled strawberries perfect on a sunny day! Rhubarb and Custard 9.0 A classic flavour combo to take you back to your childhood using Tanqueray gin, rhubarb liquor, lemon juice and rose lemonade trust us, it works! Ginger Jimmy 9.0 What is soon to be a classic Scottish swally, we ve smashed together Caorunn gin, Orgeat, strawberry and mango puree finished off with lots of fresh ginger a treat for the tastebuds!

6 Whisky Golden Heather 9.0 Flavourful and sophisticated, this classy little number starts off with a good glug of Glenfiddich 12-year-old, a splash of Martini Rosso and some heather honey gomme. Tablet Rusty Nail 9.0 A new and improved version of the classic, we use Monkey Shoulder blended whisky with a splash of Drambuie and homemade tablet. Leather Penicillin 9.0 This New York classic combines Scotch, ginger, honey and lemon with a dose of our leather infused single malt. Skye Storm 9.0 Talisker 10-year-old whisky infused with peppercorns, strawberry liquor, lemon juice and fresh berries served over ice. A taste of the Isle itself! Black Watch Gateau 9.0 Using cherry and blackberry infused Auchentoshan Three Wood whisky, double cream and dark chocolate liquor who needs dessert when you have this? Liqueur An Auld Mess 9.0 We have mixed together fresh raspberries, cream, white chocolate liquor and raspberry gin. Banoffee Bliss 9.0 Salted caramel vodka, banana liquor, milk and cream it s basically a Banoffee Pie in a glass! A Tunnock s Teacake 9.0 A Scottish favourite that requires no introduction, we have recreated this classic snack using white and dark chocolate liquor, raspberry liquor and marshmallow gomme. Scotch Mist 9.0 Fruity yet sour, we shake together melon liquor, lemon juice, bitters and egg white to create an easy drinking and moreish tipple. Ae Fond Kiss 9.0 Fruity and light we ve combined Zinfindel rose wine with apple schnapps, crème de mure, fresh strawberries then finished off with a splash of prosecco.

7 RUM We Are Sailing 9.0 Inspired by our honorary Scot, Mr Rod Stewart, this full flavoured tipple marries together spiced rum, French pear brandy, apple juice and maple syrup. Dark Matter Caipirinha 9.0 Influenced by the South American classic we ve added a Scottish twist by using Dark Matter rum. The 1 O Clock Rum 9.0 This is our tribute to the lady of Edinburgh Castle, Mons Meg. We start with a decent shot of rum, then some blackberry liquor, a splash of amaretto all topped off with soda. Macaroon Bar 9.0 This little number partners up coconut rum, white chocolate liquor, vanilla and cream rich and delicious! The Scot s Sourz 9.0 Our Scottish twist on an the original sourz, with Havana 7yr rum, a splash of hazelnut liqueur and a splash of bitters nutty and sour to tingle your taste buds!
