2 NICK NAIRN It has been eight years since I helped create the Kailyard, and in that time the food we produce has become tastier and more personal. I m lucky to have a great team of chefs, under the watchful eye of Executive Head Chef, Steven Campbell. Together we have developed dishes that utilise the very best of Scottish produce and are cooked in a way that makes the most of these wonderful raw materials. Some tried and tested Nick Nairn classics have been highlighted with the Nick Nairn signature. I hope you enjoy your meal with us. 6 WHITE WINES 175ml 250ml Bottle LOS ROMEROS SAUVIGNON BLANC, CHILE This is a refreshing wine with citrus and pear flavours balanced by good natural acidity. Ideal on its own or with summer salads, seafood and grilled chicken. PALAZZI GPG PINOT GRIGIO, ITALY Our Pinot Grigio is given an appley lift with the addition of Garanega; lovely crisp, dry white with stonefruit flavours. KARU CHARDONNAY, CHILE The nose presents fruity notes of pineapple and peach mixed with citrus for a unique aromatic complexity. The palate is fresh, flavourful, and well-balanced. PERCHERON VIOGNIER CHENIN, SOUTH AFRICA Vibrant and aromatic with delicious generous fresh apricot, white peach and hints of passion fruit on the nose. Bright acidity and minerality delivers a delicious balance. VAVASOUR SAUVIGNON BLANC, NEW ZEALAND It displays an expressive nose of tropical fruit, melon and citrus, with mineral notes on the palate. Crisp and dry, this refreshing wine exhibits all the hallmarks of great Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. SANCERRE LA FUZELLE, FRANCE Full of crisp, ripe acidity and gooseberry fruit flavour.

7 RED WINES 175ml 250ml Bottle LOS ROMEROS MALBEC, CHILE This wine is made from old vines and as a result has a good depth of flavour and concentration. Black cherry, plum, bramble and plum blossom marry well with blackcurrant and spice. TIERRA ALTA MERLOT, CHILE Grown naturally without chemicals in the foothills of the Andes using the meltwater for irrigation, this gives juicy, fruity blackcurrant lushness in the glass. LOPEZ DE HARO RIOJA CRIANZA, SPAIN A wine of intense colour and pleasant bouquet, in which the nuances of mature fruit stand out. Soft, expressive and elegant, combining a fruity character. SON EXCELLENCE SYRAH, FRANCE Silky yet spicy, fruity from red berries. SHIRAZ, RED KNOT, MCLAREN VALE, AUSTRALIA Primary aromas of black cherry, strawberry and milk chocolate are highlighted with hints of roasted coffee bean and vanilla. The palate is a delicious compote of ripe summer berries. EMILIANA PINOT NOIR RESERVA, CHILE Packed with strawberry fruit flavour. Hints of mocha and spice from French oak barrel ageing. Smooth and silky mouthfeel.

8 ROSE WINES 175ml 250ml Bottle PALAZZI MONFERRATO CHIARETTO, ITALY Made from Barbera and Pinot Noir grown in the Monferrato Hills in Piemonte, this wine has lovely strawberry and redcurrant aromas and a fresh, fruity palatte VENDANGE WHITE ZINFANDEL, CALIFORNIA Light flowery-fruity aromas highlighted by strawberry and a touch of lemon C H AMPAGN E & SPARKLIN G W IN E S 1 Bottle PROSECCO EXTRA DRY, FANTINEL, NV LEMOINE BRUT The champagne is fruity and has light aromas of citrus fruits to entice you in. The complex flavour is well balanced and features a lengthy finish. The golden liquid is aged for a minimum of two years in the cellars and due to this the champagne is rich, light and elegant LAURENT PERRIER BRUT While vintage champagne shows the character of character of a specific harvest, non-vintage brut exemplifies the style of a particular House. Freshness, elegance and finesse, all of which are typical of Laurent Perrier s wines, are found in the Brut Laurent Perrier year after year LAURENT PERRIER CUVEE ROSE BRUT, NV This champagne is famous for its highly expressive bouquet, which stems from the very careful preservation of the grape s natural fresh red fruit aromas. It is one of the rare rose champagnes to be made using the maceration (skin contact) technique
