White Rosé Zinfandel (California) This delicious Zinfandel displays ripe strawberry and raspberry fruit aromas. Very moreish. SPARKLING WINES Freixenet Cordon Negro Cava Brut (Spain) - 20cl Fresh and delicate on the nose with a nice fruit aroma. An elegant, well-balanced fizz. Prosecco Ca Bolani (Italy) - 20cl Extremely harmonious and pleasant with a hint of sweet almond and a good aromatic intensity. Castel Lord Cava (Spain) Great quality Cava with refreshing apple fruit flavour and zesty fruit ending. Emotivo Sparkling Rosé (Italy) Packed full of fresh red berries a great drier style.
