2 WELCOME The Hornsmill, re-opened after a major development in 2014 and is named after an old flour mill which stood near the Horns Mill Bridge in c The flour mill was one of a small number of Cheshire mill sites to have both a windmill and a watermill at the same time, which was quite unique and the name Horn is presumed to derive from one of the millers of that time. With our delicious food, our finest selection of quality ales and a friendly warm welcome, we like to think that we have all the bases covered. AMBER FALLS DRY (Wales) From the North Wales-based Aber Falls distillery comes its very own Welsh Dry Gin! This is made with a selection of gin botanicals and brought down to bottling strength with water from mountains around Aber Falls. Suitable for all types of gin-based treats. Fresh juniper with good citrus bite following on. Subtle angelica vanilla-y/ floral elements develop in the background. BLOOM (England) Bloom is a distinctly floral London Dry Gin inspired by the true beauty of nature. Served with strawberry quarters to bring out the ultimate floral tones. BOË VIOLET (Scotland) The award winning Boe Scottish Gin is infused with violets to create Boe Violet Gin. The addition of violets creates a stylish gin with a light, delicate taste and beautiful colour and aroma. Hugely floral, with classic citrus-forward notes cutting through cleanly. BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (England) The infusion of 10 exotic botanicals gives this truly refreshing aromatic gin a reason to enjoy anytime of the year. EDINBURGH (Scotland) RASPBERRY LIQUEUR Raspberry infused Liqueur made from a traditional family receipe using locally sourced Perthshire raspberries. Fabulously fruity and served with lime. FOREST (England - Regional) Forest Gin is THE ONLY Gin to have ever been awarded two separate Double-Gold Medals at the San Francisco World Spirit Awards. Made with classic gin botanicals (including organic juniper berries and coriander seeds) in organic grain spirit. GORDONS LONDON DRY (England) The distinctively refreshing taste comes from the finest handpicked juniper berries and a selection of other botanicals. Served with lime. A perfect way to start any occasion. GORDON S PINK (England) Inspired by an original Gordon s recipe from the 1880s, Gordon s Pink is perfectly crafted to balance the refreshing taste of Gordon s with the natural sweetness of raspberries and strawberries, with the tang of redcurrant served up in a unique blushing tone. BROCKMANS (England) Bulgarian coriander is a key ingredient in Brockmans, it has an aromatic almost gingery orange flavour, which marries with softer rounded harmonies of blueberries and blackberries.

7 HENDRICKS (Scotland) For a delightfully refreshing tipple, Hendricks is best served with tonic and a slice of cucumber to fully appreciate the infusion of rose petals and the wondrous botanical signatures of flowers, roots and fruits from around the world. HUNTERS CHESHIRE (England - Regional) Hunters Gin is a wonderful premium gin developed in Cheshire. It s made in traditional copper pot and rectifying stills (some of which being more than a century old!) and is flavoured with botanicals including juniper from the Balkans, French angelica, Spanish lemon peel and Florentine orris root. LIVERPOOL VALENCIAN ORANGE (England - Regional) The Liverpool Distillery make this lip-smacking gin using oranges all the way from Valencia! It s unlikely that there hasn t been a cocktail made with using featuring a Beatles-inspired name. Orange oil, light hints of spicy coriander and peppery juniper giving balance. MANCHESTER (England - Regional) Manchester Gin features 12 botanicals including Manchester inspired Dandelion and Burdock root and is distilled locally in a traditional copper. MONKEY 47 DRY (Germany) Containing 47 different botanicals. You can imagine this results in an explosion of flavours. Experience all of this in one sip. PORTOBELLO ROAD (England) Blended from 9 different botanicals including liquorice root, orange and juniper. Simply served with a twist of pink grapefruit. TANQUERAY SEVILLE ORANGE GIN (Spain) Sun-kissed Gin made with Seville oranges and orange blossom, giving it delicious flavours of the Mediterranean. Try pairing this with Mediterranean tonic, or using it to give a citrus twist to classic gin cocktails. Flor de Sevilla comes in the iconic Tanqueray bottle that was originally inspired by a three-part cocktail shaker. TARSIER (England - Regional) Drawing on influences from the cuisine of the Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand, Tarsier Gin was inspired by a backpacking trip across Southeast Asia. Over the course of two years, the citrus-forward gin was developed and hand-crafted in a 1-litre copper alembic pot still in a Manchester kitchen. The final recipe that was settled upon features a total of seven traditional gin botanicals, plus the addition of the exotic calamansi, Kampot pepper, Thai sweet basil and galangal. THOMAS DAKIN (England - Regional) A Juniper-led gin with zesty notes of sweet orange and fresh citrus. Served with an orange twist for an exceptional taste. WARNER EDWARDS ELDERFLOWER (England) Hand-picked English elderflower is combined with the Global award-winning Harrington Gin. This has a rich, velvety texture with clean fruit and floral notes, including elderflower and citrus blossom. A spice at the beginning turns into notes of vanilla, nutmeg, and cardamom, with just a hint of chocolate. Classic gin notes of juniper and coriander come though on the finish. TANQUERAY LONDON DRY (England) A blend of the purest four-times-distilled spirit and a handpicked selection of four botanicals. London Dry Gin offers a uniquely balanced gin experience.
