3 WHITLEY NEILL LONDON DRY GIN 42% VOL Whitley Neill is a premium London Dry Gin launched in 2005 by Johnny Neill. It contains two African botanicals, Baobab fruit and Cape Gooseberries, that give the gin an exotic touch to the palate and sets it apart from others. Bottled at 42% ABV, subdued juniper and citrus notes come to the fore at first followed by a subtle spice and complex finish. 4 BOMBAY SAPPHIRE LONDON DRY GIN 40% VOL We are passionate about producing the finest gin possible; which is why the creation of Bombay Sapphire is truly unique. Whilst ordinary gins boil their botanicals directly in the spirit to achieve their flavour, the taste of Bombay Sapphire is created through the Vapour Infusion process. The 10 precious botanicals used in our gin are held separate from the spirit in perforated copper baskets, and when the heated vapours rise, the distinctive flavour of the botanicals are released. We use ten carefully selected botanicals from around the globe to make our London Dry Gin; Macedonian juniper berries, Bulgarian coriander seed, French angelica root, Spanish liquorice root, Italian orris root, Spanish ground almond, Chinese cassia bark, Madagascan cinnamon, Sevillian orange peel and Spanish lemon peel. 25ML 3.30 / 50ML 5.50

7 GORDON S LONDON DRY GIN 37.5% VOL Gordon s contains juniper berries, carefully selected from the pick of each year s crop. These are gently shaken from the tree and then stored for two years to intensify the oils and mellow the flavours. As well as juniper berries our recipe includes coriander seeds, angelica root, liquorice, orris root, orange and lemon peel. Coriander gives the dry and citrus taste.
