Most of the gins chosen are multi award winning in their own right. The Collection is not available in most of the major retailers. Please come and explore the exceptional world of artisanal small batch gins. * Jinzu 41.3% Scotland Single 3.80 Double 5.80 Jinzu Gin brings English and Japanese traditions together to create an exciting, intriguing spirit. It's made with a blend of English gin (featuring juniper, coriander, angelica, yuzu and Japanese cherry blossom as botanicals) and sake. Uppercut Dry Gin 49.6% Uppercut has a botanical selection packed with herbs - damiana leaf, strawberry leaf, liquorice root and vervain herb, among others. Tasty and herbaceous, just be careful ordering it in a pub or bar. "I'll have an Uppercut, please," might not be how you want to phrase it... Sharish Blue Magic Gin 40% Portugal Single 4.75 Double 6.75 A bright blue Portuguese gin - the magnificent colour comes from extracts of a flower known as blue pea, and when you mix the gin with tonic, it turns pink! Botanicals also include juniper, coriander, angelica root, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, lemon peel, strawberry and raspberry. Tarquin s Sea Dog 57% Wadebridge, Cornwall Single 4.50 Double 6.50 Southwestern Distillery's excellent Tarquin's Gin bottled at 57% abv! Orris root, green cardamom seeds, cinnamon and violets are all used and the gin is distilled in Tamara, their copper pot still named after the goddess of the Tamar. Rested in recycled Burgundy French oak casks to develop a smooth texture. The oak casks leave a subtle peach colour, which will vary subtly with each batch. * Bluecoat American Dry Gin 47% Philadelphia, USA Single 4 Double 6 Bluecoat exclusively utilizes organic juniper berries which transmit spicy, earthy notes as opposed to the pungent pine-tree flavours of regular berries. A premium blend of organic American citrus peels and spices complements rich juniper notes, giving Bluecoat it's classic citrusy finish. 2

3 Craft Gin Alkkemist Gin 40% Spain Single 4.50 Double 6.50 Alkkemist Gin features a base of triple-distilled grain spirit and 21 different botanicals, interestingly including Muscat grape, alongside orange and lemon peel, rose petals, samphire, fennel, thyme and mint, among others. * Silent Pool Gin 43% Surrey, England Single 3.80 Double 5.80 Silent Pool Gin is produced on the Albury Estate in the Surrey Hills, next to the Silent Pool, a beautiful, mysterious spring-fed lake. The gin itself features 24 botanicals, including kaffir lime, chamomile, local honey and lavender, among others, resulting in a subtly sweet though intricately-balanced tipple. * Slingsby London Dry Gin 42% Harrogate, England Single 4.25 Double locally-sourced botanicals supplied by Taylors of Harrogate and Rudding Park kitchen garden in Harrogate include: green and jasmine tea, severn sea rosemary, silver posie thyme, citrus thyme, garden thyme, rhubarb, sage, lovage, chervil, nettle and sweet cicely. * Rock Rose Gin 41.5% Caithness, Scotland Single 3.80 Double 5.80 This gin features an alluring botanical selection including locally harvested rhodiola rosea, rowan berries, sea buckthorn, blaeberries, verbena, coriander seed, cardamom and juniper from two different countries - Italy and Bulgaria. * Salcome Gin 44% Start Point, Devon Single 3.80 Double 5.80 Made with thirteen botanicals including Macedonian juniper, fresh lemon, lime and red grapefruit peels, cardamom, liquorice, cinnamon bark, chamomile, coriander seeds and cubeb berries. Water sourced from Dartmoor is used to bring it down to 44%. Try with :- Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic water Windspiel Premium Dry Gin 47% Germany Single 5.00 Double 7.00 A German gin made with lovingly well-crafted potato spirit, using potatoes grown in rich volcanic soil. For botanicals they use a combination of juniper, lemon, ginger, coriander, lavender, cinnamon and a few secret selections. Juniper is up front and earthy. Cinnamon and lavender come through clearly too. Very creamy, with a light spark of lemon flesh at its core. * Conker Spirit Dorset Dry Gin 40% England Single 3.80 Double 5.80 Conker Spirit's Dorset Dry Gin is distilled using British wheat spirit, New Forest spring water and 10 botanicals, including some rather distinctively-dorset-inspired botanicals - gorse flowers, samphire and elderberries. * Broken Heart Gin 40% New Zealand Single 4.25 Double 6.25 Two German friends joined together to create a superb gin an intricate balance of eleven herbs which is surprisingly good with a twist of orange. One of them then tragically became ill and passed away, leaving the other to share the gin with the world alone. 3 Forest Gin 42% Macclesfield, England Single 4.75 Double 6.75 To make it, they steep some classic gin botanicals (including organic juniper berries and coriander seeds) in organic grain spirit. They then take a pestle and mortar to bundles of botanicals which they forage from the Macclesfield Forest when they can - this includes wild bilberries, gorse flowers, raspberries and local moss, among others. Elephant Dry Gin 45% Germany Single 4.75 Double 6.75 Another multi award winning gin. Distilled using 14 different botanicals, including some unusual African ingredients like the savannah s superfruit Baobab, the Buchu plant, which is similar to blackcurrant and the African wormwood, which introduces a sharp floral note. Locally sourced spring water and apples create the smoothness of the gin s finish. Copperhead Gin 40% Mr. Copperhead was a notorious alchemist, in search of the elixir of life. Using a copper pot still and a recipe based on five essential botanicals: angelica, juniper, cardamom, orange peel and coriander seed he accidently created this exquisite gin! Only the best and purest spirit makes it into Tarquin s gin, which is diluted with meadow sweet Cornish spring water. Best served with a squeezed wedge of orange. 4

4 Craft Gin * Bath Tub Gin 43.3% Sussex, England Single 4 Double 6 This gin is anything but amateur as it is made by the enigmatic Professor Cornelius Ampleforth. The initial spirit is infused with juniper, orange peel, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves, among other things, and is only made in 30 to 50 bottle batches. * Indian Summer Saffron infused Gin 46% Scotland Single 3.65 Double 5.65 Indian Summer contains the precious spice saffron, which brings a warm, rich aromatic flavour and golden-yellow hue to this gin. Other botanicals include angelica bark, almonds, coriander seed, cassia, juniper berries, lemon peel, liquorish root, orris root and orange peel. * Warner Edwards Victoria s Rhubarb Gin 40% Northampton, England Single 3.80 Double 5.80 The rhubarb juice is extracted using a traditional fruit press and blended with our Harrington Dry Gin to produce an alluring pink gin that is voluptuous on the palate with a sweet and tangy royal rhubarb explosion or Ginger Ale * Oxley Dry Gin 47% England Single 4 Double 6 Oxley gin uses a cold distillation process, distilling under vacuum at -5 C, which helps to maintain the fresh, bright and smooth finish of this gin. Oxley gin uses 14 different botanicals which give it a sweet citrus flavour, balanced with juniper and followed by a lightly spiced herbal finish. * Gin Mare 42.7% Spain Single 3.80 Double 5.80 A fabulous Spanish gin inspired by Mediterranean flavours. Gin Mare is made with botanicals including Arbequina olive, rosemary, thyme, basil and mandarin, which alongside juniper, cardamom and citrus create this strangely interesting gin. Buss No.509 Pink Grapefruit Gin 40% Packed with citrus notes, this Buss No.509 Gin features red Californian grapefruit as a botanical, along with juniper, coriander, liquorice, angelica, vanilla, cardamom, iris, orange and lemon. Bright and flavoursome, this Belgian gin would make for a fine aperitif. * The London No.1 Original Blue Gin 47% London, England Single 3.65 Double 5.65 Beautiful quadruple-distilled gin which is flavoured with botanicals including cinnamon, angelica, bergamot and gardenia and has a slight blue tint. * The Botanist Dry Gin 46% Islay, Scotland Single 3.65 Double 5.65 This hand crafted, small batch, dry gin is distilled using 31 botanicals, 22 of which are native to Islay, including wild Islay juniper. The 17 hour distillation process leads to a distinctive, complex, floral gin with an outstanding finish. * Achroous Gin 41% Edingburgh, Scotland Single 3.80 Double 5.80 Herbaceous and subtly earthy, with just a touch of juniper sweetness sitting at its core. Also featuring Sichuan pepper and fennel seed alongside the classic juniper as botanicals. Monkey 47 47% Black Forest, Germany Single 4.50 Double 6.50 Produced in the Black Forest using 47 different botanicals, including its secret ingredient cranberries! A very complex and powerful gin with plenty of spice, fruit and herb flavours. Blue Bottle Dry Gin 47% Guernsey Single 4.50 Double 6.50 Blue Bottle Gin comes from the Three Fingers Distillery on the Island of Guernsey and features a selection of botanicals which include juniper, cubeb pepper, nutmeg and local gorse flowers. * Death s Door Organic 47% Wisconsin, USA Single 4.25 Double 6.25 They take the organic Hard Red winter wheat and make their own mash to distil in a 90-gallon copper still. Comprised of only three botanicals; organic wild juniper berries, organic corriander and fennel seeds. Try with :- Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic water or Neat * Origin (Arezzo, Italy) 46% England Single 3.65 Double 5.65 Origin is a cold-distilled juniper-only gin, made using juniper from Arezzo, Italy. On it s own the Italian juniper has a clean nose of soft pine needle. Clean, creamy with a hint of citrus. Great served on its own over ice. 5 6

5 Craft Gin * Brockmans Intensely Smooth Gin 40% Surrey, England Single 3.65 Double 5.65 Brockmans is distilled in a 100 year old traditional copper still. The distinctive gin notes and the aroma of coriander, married with the softer notes of blueberry and blackberry, help deliver an exquisite new taste experience and an intensely smooth gin. Try with :- Fever Tree Indian or Elderflower Tonic water Steampunk Gin 45% Northumberland, England Single 4.50 Double 6.50 This tipple is not for the faint hearted! Crafted with juniper, arris root, liquorice, star anise, lemon, orange and grapefruit zest, this delicious gin is good enough to sip on its own. or Neat * Bertha s Revenge Irish Milk Gin 42% Cork, Ireland Single 3.80 Double 5.80 Special yeasts are added to the whey to convert the milk sugars into alcohol, producing a very high quality whey spirit. This is then distilled by hand with 18 different botanicals (locally foraged and grown where possible) and pure natural Irish spring water. * Poetic License Northen Dry Gin 43.2% Sunderland, England Single 3.65 Double 5.65 Expect a big punch of juniper that is finely balanced with green cardamom for a warm and spicy flavour. With undertones of lemon and eucalyptus, the inclusion of Persian lime intensifies the citrus feel while adding a note of perfume. * Curio Rock Samphire Gin 41% Mullion, Cornwall Single 3.65 Double 5.65 Hand foraged on the local cliff tops, this rock samphire gin is blended with fragrant botanicals (including rock samphire from the Cornish cliffs and Kombu seaweed) and distilled in small batches, for exceptional quality and a delicately smooth gin. Blind Tiger Imperial Secrets 45% This gin is a highly aromatic, smooth gin. Light spice and floral notes meld perfectly with the rich tannins. Almond eases the path between the gentle heat of coriander and grains of paradise and the full-bodied citrus. Complex, yet not fussy, this is a really exciting spirit. Pink Pepper Gin 44% Cognac, France Single 4.50 Double 6.50 Made with hand-picked pink peppercorns and a handful of other tasty botanicals (including honey, vanilla and cardamom - all of which are macerated separately then distilled under low pressure and temperature) The West Winds Gin Cutlass 50% Australia Single 4.50 Double 6.50 The Cutlass is a beautifully aromatic gin with a unique Australian character. The Cutlass combines traditional juniper alongside some uniquely Australian elements, including cinnamon myrtle, lemon myrtle and Australian bush tomato. * Nordes Galician Gin 40% Spain Single 3.80 Double 5.80 Spanish gin made with an Albariño-grape-based spirit, rather than your more commonly seen grain-based spirit, along with 12 botanicals including lemon peels, hibiscus, liquorice and eucalyptus. The result is a bold, floral flavour profile. Try with :- Fever Tree Mediterranean or Elderflower Tonic water * The Hedgehog Gin 43% Holland Single 3.80 Double 5.80 Ron Jeremy aka 'The Hedgehog' helped to create this gin. It's all about the botanicals and is the only gin in the world based on the love herbs such as damiana, ginseng, guarana and bergamot. Distilled with a super premium gin the 12 mojo botanicals create a spicy & warming love potion. Springs Gin Ladies Edition 38.3% Belgium Single 6.50 Double 8.50 Distilled with fourteen carefully selected botanicals, such as white peaches, and the rare China White Monkey Silver Needle Tea, one of the highest quality teas available. Monkeys, trained by monks, harvest the tea leaves above 2000 metres, so the saying goes. Springs Gin Gentlemens Cut 48.8% Belgium Single 7.50 Double 9.50 The first three times the gin is distilled with grain. In the fourth distillation thirteen gin botanicals- coriander, lemon and orange peel, star anise, black pepper, cardamom, ginger root, delicate orange blossom, cinnamon for the spiciness, angelica for the dryness. 7 8

6 House Gin * Wire Works American Gin 45% Boston, USA Single 4.25 Double 6.25 With flavours of spruce tip, kumquat, juniper berry and angelica root, Wire Works American Gin has hints of sweetness and bright citrus, paired with earthy richness and white pepper. * Dry Fly Gin 40% Washington, USA Single 4.25 Double 6.25 Using a selection of intriguing local botanicals, including apples, mint and hops, as well as the more traditional coriander, lavender and juniper. Very crisp and light, with overarching floral touches and sweetness throughout. * Yergurgh s Jam Jar Gin 43% London, England Single 4.25 Double 6.25 It s easy to recognise the distinctive taste of this London Dry Gin, just think raspberries and cream. Firstly there s a refreshing citric hit that comes from raspberry leaves. Then there s an unusually long, creamy finish to the gin, which increases the colder you get the liquid. * Wicked Wolf 42% Exmoor, England Single 3.65 Double 5.65 The combination of 11 exotic botanicals producing complex layers of citrus and pepper notes finely balanced with the distinct flavours of juniper and coriander, resulting in a mature, premium spirit. Try with :- Fever Tree Aromatic or Mediterranean Tonic water * Bombay Sapphire 40% Hampshire, England Single 3.00 Double 4.50 There are 10 precious botanicals used in this gin, including lemon peel, cubeb berries, almonds, liquorice and juniper, which are then vapour infused into the base spirit. * Tanqueray 43.1% England Single 3.10 Double 4.60 It boasts a phenomenally fruity, spicy palate with big zesty, citrusy top notes which make this gin the perfect all-rounder. 7 Vodka Black Cow Pure Milk Vodka 40% Dorset, England Single 3.65 Double 5.65 The creation of West Dorset dairy farmer Jason Barber, Black Cow claims to be the world's first pure milk vodka, made from nothing but pure whole milk. The whey is used for vodka whilst the curds go into Jason's award winning cheeses. Crystal Head Vodka 40% Newfoundland, Canada Single 4.50 Double 6.50 Created for the legendary Dan Aykroyd, Crystal Head Vodka is kosher-certified, and made using Newfoundland water, the highest quality peaches and cream corn which are distilled four times. Finlandia Vodka 40% Finland Single 2.90 Double 4.40 Produced in Finland from Finnish-grown six-row barley and glacial spring water. The barley is distilled into a neutral spirit using a continuous multi-pressure distillation, making it one of the purest vodkas in the world. Royal Dragon Imperial Vodka 40% Russia Single 5.50 Double 7.50 A small batch vodka, exclusively distilled with a Russian formula from the finest winter rye. To achieve the elemental softness and purity, this vodka is five times distilled, using a century old copper still. Rum Deadhead Rum 40% Mexico Single 5 Double 7 Deadhead is a 6 year old rum in a bottle shaped like a shrunken head, known as a Tsantsa. The rum itself is a blend of sugar cane juice and molasses - it is double-distilled and matured in European oak barrels for six years before being expertly blended to achieve the desired rich, spicy flavour profile. Ron De Jeremy Spiced Rum 47% Panama, Cuba Single 4 Double 6 This is a spiced variant on the superb Ron de Jeremy. It s Panama rum, flavoured with vanilla, various exotic spices, caramel and banana chips, hints of bourbon barrel char, allspice, nutmeg and hints of cloves. Kraken Black Spiced Rum 40% Trinidad Single 3.50 Double 5.50 An excellent black spiced rum, with utterly brilliant packaging! It has an extraordinarily rich, spicy flavour. Named for the legendary sea monster, Kraken is a blend of Caribbean rums that should certainly suit any fans of rich, navy-style rum. Rumbullion 42.6% Sussex, England Single 3.65 Double 5.65 At the core of this fabulous winter warmer lies a blend of the very finest high proof Caribbean rum, to which was added creamy Madagascan vanilla, a generous helping of zesty orange peel, a handful of cinnamon, cloves and just a hint of cardamom. 711
