FENLANDS LONDON DRY 42%ABV Their super small batch London Dry Gin, exceptionally smooth spirit is re distilled with Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root, Cardamon, Sichuan Pepper and a freshly picked Bay Leaf to create our "Fenlands London Dry Gin". Serve with a tonic of your choice, lots of ice and a chunk of lime squeezed over the top before being dropped in. BLACK SHUCK 43%ABV Premium Black Shuck Gin uniquely combines traditional botanicals such as Juniper, Coriander and Bitter Orange Peel with Norfolk s own Lavender and Sea Buckthorn. Served with fresh orange zest and tonic.

AUDEMUS PINK PEPPER GIN 44%ABV A Pink Pepper Gin from French producers Audemus, situated in the heart of Cognac. Made with hand-picked pink peppercorns and a handful of other tasty botanicals (including honey, vanilla and cardamom - all of which are macerated separately then distilled under low pressure and temperature). You'll find a good juxtaposition between sweet and spicy notes in this one... EAST LONDON LIQUEUR COMPANY (Batch 1) 45%ABV The East London Liquor Company's Premium Batch gins offer variations on their regular recipe. Batch 1 is once again made with 100% British wheat spirits and features a botanical selection of juniper berries, cassia bark, coriander seeds, angelica root, pink grapefruit peel, cubeb berries and Darjeeling tea... served with pink grapefruit DEATH S DOOR 47%ABV You can taste all three botanicals; loaded juniper berries up front; spicy, citrusy notes from the coriander seeds in the mid-palate; and a soft, cooling finish provided by the fennel seeds... served with a slice of orange

Spicy and fragrant on the nose, a fresh burst of citrus and herbs at first sip and with a slight hum of pepper. Served with an orange wedge and cloves. CAMBRIDGE GIN 42%ABV Created in their Norwich based, custom-made copper still, this exceptional gin is hand-crafted by infusing an elegant blend of 11 exotic botanicals, including grains of paradise, rose petals and lemongrass. The result is a remarkably smooth and fruity gin, with subtle citrus and floral notes. Served with tonic and a twist of orange. COLUMBIAN AGED TREASURE GIN 43%ABV The pleasant notes and roundness from the tangerine, lemon, mint and pepper, with the traditional flavours of gin enhanced by the time spent in oak barrels results in a truly unique gin. Colombian Treasure Gin. Enjoyed on the rocks. Served with a tangerine peel. COPPERHEAD GIN 40%ABV This is a Belgium gin that was created by Dr. Copperhead, a man trying to search for the elixir of life. Along the way he created this London Dry gin using a copper pot still using five ingredients: angelica, juniper, cardamom, orange peel and coriander seed. Served with orange peel and copperhead bitters. SILENT POOL 43%ABV Silent Pool gin is made using 24 different botanicals including kaffir lime, chamomile, local honey and lavender creating a well-balanced gin that is both traditional and refreshingly individual. Served with a slice of orange.

Served with cranberries or lime OPIHR 40%ABV A London Dry Gin made with botanicals from along the traditional spice route that led back to the UK. Indonesian Cubeb berries, Indian black pepper and Moroccan coriander. Taste the spiciness and juniper with plenty of coriander... Served with ginger. TANQUERAY NO %ABV Tanqueray Ten is handcrafted in small batches. Made with fresh citrus fruits (grapefruits, orange and limes) along with chamomile flowers and other hand selected botanicals. It has been awarded double gold & best white spirit for three years in a row... Served with pink grapefruit. NORDES 40%ABV Nordes is a Galician gin inspired by the eponymous fresh northerly Atlantic wind. Made using pomace from Albarino grapes, the botanicals include juniper, ginger, hibiscus and liquorice, resulting in a unique and intriguing gin. Served with a sprig of mint & a lime wedge HERNO OLD TOM GIN 43%ABV Sweet and subtly grassy at first. Herbaceous notes of cassia and coriander start to develop after a minute or two. On the palate, a strong backbone of pine resin and chewy juniper, with honey'd sweetness and a touch of lemon zest following it up. Served with a hint of lemon

5 PLYMOUTH 41.2%ABV Remaining loyal to the original recipe created in 1793, this wonderful spirit is distilled from a blend of seven botanicals, soft Dartmoor water and pure grain alcohol. Look out for the hint of coriander and cardamom and wait for the sweet bite of juniper and citrus...served with lime WICKED WOLF EXMOOR 42%ABV Clean juniper and lemon. Angelica gives it a floral element. Layers of fresh citrus and hibiscus sweetness, joined by a hint of fennel seed. The finish is dry with cubeb peppery hints, and a touch of savoury thyme... served with lemon ANNO KENT DRY 43%ABV A bright and clean nose carries notes of lavender, samphire and subtle hops. Coriander and lemon provide a citrus edge, while liquorice builds among juniper in the backdrop. The citrus builds with a very tasty spice alongside, as the lavender becomes more perfumed and black pepper begins to spark. The creamy mouthfeel is complemented well by a savoury, woody tinge. It s delightfully crisp, with a drying finish... served with lime KI NO BI 47.3%ABV Japanese dry Gin, Floral and aromatic with refreshing yuzu standing out. Subtly earthy, oak-y elements develop, joined by a kick of ginger...works well with citrus ELEPHANT 45%ABV Elephant Dry Gin is distilled in Germany using 14 botanicals that include some rather unusual but fascinating African ingredients like Baobab, the Buchu plant, Devil's Claw and African Wormwood. With the hand-crafted bottle, complete with cork stopper and an old fashioned map on the label, Elephant Dry Gin certainly captures the spirit of exploration... served with apple

Served with a hint of lemon WHITLEY NEIL 42%ABV Very spicy and rich. Juniper upfront, with hints of perfumed, coriander leaves, calves leather and citrus. On the palate: Thick with cassia bark, cut herbs, acacia honey, exotic spices and citrus. The finish is long with spice and zest. SAFFRON GIN 47%ABV Boudier's Saffron Gin is an extraordinary gin which gains is marvellous tawny-orange hue with the addition of saffron! Fantastically served with orange and tonic XORIGUER MAHON 38%ABV Xoriguer is a classic gin from Mahon, Menorca, first made for British sailors whom were stationed on the island in the 18th century who were hankering for some gin (happens to all of us every once in a while). Rather than using a grain alcohol, Xoriguer is made from distilled wine and features juniper (obviously) as well as a secret selection of herbs which only the Pons family (the folks behind Xoriguer) could tell you what's included. TWO BIRDS: LONDON DRY 40%ABV Two Birds' Mark Gamble has set out to bottle his passion for the British Countryside with a range of small batch spirits. Using a still he designed and built himself, he uses juniper and 4 other 'countryside' botanicals as well as natural spring water from Charnwood Forest in Leicestershire to create this big, refreshing London Dry Gin... served in a classic G & T LITTLE BIRD: LONDON DRY 41.6%ABV Little Bird is made using 10 carefully selected botanicals, resulting in a well rounded, citrus-forward London Dry Gin that goes just splendidly in a classic G&T and other bright, gin-based cocktails. A dynamic nose, bustling with grapefruit, followed by a fresh palate of juniper and further citrus, complimented by spicy ginger and coriander.

7 ADNAMS COPPERHOUSE DRY GIN 40%ABV Voted the World's Best Gin at the International Wine & Spirits Competition 2013, our aromatic gin is bursting with juniper, fresh lemon and orange notes as well as warming hints of anise. Adnams from grain to glass, our Copper House Gin is distilled from East Anglian malted barley at our artisan distillery in Southwold. ARCHANGEL 45%ABV Archangel is a rich, complex gin bursting with exciting flavours. On the nose, the juniper, some of which is locally grown, floods through; the verbena and orange peel add a light, zesty fragrance to the top notes with rooty botanicals including sea-buckthorn breaking through at the finish. The gin is full bodied, deliciously smooth, and mixes gloriously with tonic. ST. GILES 42%ABV Created in their Norwich based, custom-made copper still, this exceptional gin is hand-crafted by infusing an elegant blend of 11 exotic botanicals, including grains of paradise, rose petals and lemongrass. Sweet Mango and Vanilla carry through into the initial taste, supported by Passionfruit and of course a certain dryness added by Juniper.
