Flavors and aromas of roasted malt, molasses and brown sugar, dark fruits, brandied raisins and chocolate. Allagash Curieux oz 11% ABV. Curieux is Allagash s first foray into barrel aging. Curieux is made by aging their Tripel Ale in Jim Beam bourbon barrels for eight weeks in a cold cellar. The aged beer is then blended back with a portion of their fresh Tripel. The resulting beer is soft with coconut and vanilla notes, with hints of bourbon. Nepenthe Shire Stout oz 7.5% ABV Dark black stout with a creamy head you can float caps on. A roasty, sweet chocolate aroma, that matches the flavor very well. Robust and full of flavor. Roasted grains stand out from the first sniff right through to the finish. Stone Smoked Porter oz 5.90% ABV A rich, dark and delicious porter with chocolate and coffee overtones accented by a subtle smokiness from just the right amount of peat smoked malt. Unlike a rauchbier, the smoke in Stone Smoked Porter is an ELEMENT of the character rather than being the character. Clown Shoes Space Cake oz 9% ABV Boldly hopped but backed by moderate sweetness with the bitter impression coming out just ahead of the two. Assertive malt which imparts a barley wine-like quality. The hops deliver bold citrus and tropical fruit flavors and is in synch with the caramel malt. This is complex beer.

3 Wine Features 8. glass 30. bottle Chloe Prosecco DOC, Italy Sourced from the Prosecco DOC, this wine is bursting with fresh fruit and fine bubbles, with notes of peach, green apple, citrus and white flowers on the nose and palate. Chloe Pinot Grigio Valdadige DOC, Italy On the palate, this Pinot Grigio displays flavors of juicy white peach, soft melon, crisp apple and floral honeysuckle with a subtle undertone of Meyer lemon. Chloe Pinot Noir, Monterey County, CA Wild strawberry, plum, and cherries, with spicy clove that adds complexity, richness, and aromas of fresh torn spearmint leaves. Drink Features 10.
