8 Cocktails & Aperitivo Seasonality isn t just about food, it extends into everything, including our cocktails. With that in mind we wanted to create a cocktail list that can grow, change and develop over time. Although small, it reflects what we are all about, bringing those beautiful Italian flavours into Sarafina. Each cocktail has been carefully built with specially selected spirits and fresh ingredients that can be enjoyed casually, on their own or can just as easily accompany you on the journey through a menu we re very proud of. \ Aperol Spritz Aperol is undoubtedly the most widespread and commonly drunk aperitif in Italy. A timeless mix of Aperol, Prosecco, Soda Bellini Created in Venice in the world famous Harry s Bar came a world famous Italian cocktail. A blend of prosecco and pureed white peaches Espresso Martini Simple, stimulating and utterly delicious, it s as good after dinner as it is as a short, sharp pick-me-up. Expect a sophisticated blend of vodka, espresso and coffee liqeur Amaretto Sour Smooth, sweet and deliciously refreshing. Authentic Amaretto shaken with citrus and egg white for texture Negroni The big brother to the Americano.
