3 Catering Guidelines Dining Services is pleased to present this Catering menu especially developed for Children s. This guide serves only as a sampling of our catering abilities and does not reflect the full range of selections and services we can provide. Our Executive Chef and Catering Manager will gladly assist you in developing a customized menu for your next meeting or event. We look forward to serving your catering needs. Call our Dining Call Center ###-###-#### between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm if you require assistance. Please allow us to receive your request 3 day before your special event. Wait Staff: Our normal charges include the set-up, delivery, and pick-up of all orders within normal business hours. If your function is scheduled after normal business hours there will be an additional labor charge of $35.00 per hour. If you wish to have professional wait staff present for your function, the cost is $35 per hour with a 4-hour minimum charge per wait staff person. Theme Décor and Floral Request Even the best events look and feel even better when theme décor and floral are used to set the event Apart. We have a wide variety of themed décor available. The pricing is done on an individual basis by event. Simply give us a call and we would be happy to assist you. 3
