4 CHAMA AMARELA was founded in 2006 and from the start it took on the mission of developing a dynamic and flexible business, whilst seeking to satisfy customer needs, expectations and demands through professionalism and fostering partnership relations for the fulfillments of its goals. Currently, its counts on the support of around 280 employees to provide a complete service for the placement of fire-resistant materials in all types of industrial kilns, both at European scale and worldwide. Through a differentiating and specialized strategy, CHAMA AMARELA, seeks to consolidate the trust of our customers and workers, thus adding value to our customers business chain with the support of our co-workers and our professional methods. The objectivity with which we face the challenges with responsibility and in view of success leads to project innovation and creativity, which in turn delivers quick and reliable solutions and promotes a culture of competence fostered by technological integration. 5 The safety rules adopted are the key to the company s success. CHAMA AMARELA has VCA certification (version 2004/04) granted by Vinçotte Certification. The company also implements a Quality Management System, which was approved by BUREAU VERITAS (in compliance with standard ISO 9001:2008). CHAMA AMARELA has also been awarded the PME LÍDER status. Seeking always to meet our customers goals by anticipating and satisfying their needs, we keep our standards high as far as safety and quality is concerned, without excluding productivity. 6 PHILOSOPHY With offices in Tocha, Portugal, CHAMA AMARELA has undergone strong growth which has in turn lead to the development of a diversified productive strategy, having as its main goal the provision of quality professional services, at all stages of different projects (from design to implementation) to ensure the best results. We are fully available to help our customers and partners draw up their estimates, by submitting our complete and broad bids for all areas of the industry.

8 In order to ensure the continued solidification of the company, CHAMA AMARELA has as its primary goal to systematize and improve the organization,either in human capital, equipment and infrastructures. CHAMA AMARELA currently owns warehouses and workshops where it maintains a minimum stock of the most used equipment, ensuring its supply in good time for each project and an adequate response to the service s planning, leading to great gains in productivity and work s finishing quality. Also owns its own fleet ensuring rapid mobilization and transport of personnel, equipment, materials, ensuring prompt attention to our customers, whether in scheduled stops or in emergency situations. All our equipment is under EU policy machinery 2006/42 / EC, so we are able to work in the most demanding sectors.
