Only once the deposit has been received, will the booking date be secured. The client is advised to make a booking as early as possible, to ensure that the preferred date is available to them. Final numbers of the function must be confirmed 72 hours in advance. The remaining balance shall be made payable, on the day, at the end of the function. Quotations Quotations are prepared according to the client s initial brief. Should the function specifications change, we will re-quote according to the new brief. All quotations are valid for duration of fourteen days from the date on the quotation. Staff A gratuity charge of 12% shall be levied on the food and beverage components of the total bill. Hiring We are able to organize the hiring of, cutlery and crockery, glasses, decor and other equipment according to your specifications. These costs will, in turn be charged to the client accordingly. Bar Services We offer a full bar service with glassware and ice. The beverages will be purchased with the budget reflected in the invoice. Breakages Any breakages or losses to Churchills or related equipment will be for the client's account. The amount of breakages and losses will be deducted from the hiring and losses deposit. Food Tasting We can arrange a food tasting according to the client s menu choice at no additional charge, should the client proceed with the event. In the case of the client declining the offer, there will be a charge for the food tasting at the cost of the quoted menu for the amount of people prepared for. Power Outages Whilst every effort will be made to prepare and serve all items quoted for, we are not held responsible for any power failure which may occur at our premises, and the client is liable to pay for the full cost of the event as quoted for. Cancellation 50% of the total fee is payable should client cancel 1 week in advance. 100% of the total fee is payable should client cancel 48 hours in advance.
