7 Please see the Nebraska Club Event Contract and Event Fees document for all additional information pertaining to your event. Menu and Dietary Restrictions Final menu selections are due to your sales manager thirty (30) days prior to your event. Your final headcount is due to your sales manager seven (7) business days prior to your event. Any changes to menu selections within seven (7) days of your event will not be allowed without chef approval. Food and beverage prices are guaranteed sixty (60) days prior to your event. All food items may be served or displayed for a maximum of two (2) hours. Due to health regulations, at the conclusion of an event, all leftover food is the property of The Nebraska Club and may not be removed from the premises. All items are subject to availability and seasonality. Our chefs will happily accommodate special dietary requirements with ample notice. With the exception of decorated wedding cakes, mints and nuts, no food or beverage may be brought onto the Club property. Charges and Payment (Please see Event Contract and Event Fees document.) To secure your date, please pay the appropriate room fee as a deposit. To confirm a booking, a signed copy of the Event Contract must be returned no less than thirty (30) business days before the scheduled event. A service charge and applicable state/city taxes will be added to all catered events hosted at the Nebraska Club. Rates are subject to change without notice. Room rental is subject to service fee. All food and beverage minimums are prior to tax and service charge. If the minimum is not met, the remainder will be charged as room rental only. All member or member-sponsored events shall be charged to the member s account, although the host may settle the bill directly. Special billing must be arranged and approved in advance. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal or company check and cash.
