1 Introducing: CORDOBAR 2.0 Am 7. November kehrt die CORDOBAR zurück ins Leben, und fast nichts wird mehr so sein, wie es mal war. Nur kurz: neuer Küchenchef, neues Service Team, neuer Look und Feel. Keine Weinbar mehr. Ein RESTAURANT wird es sein. Eins, das in Berlin noch gefehlt hat... Mehr dazu gibts bald. Cordobar returns on November 7 as a RESTAURANT. That's right. Menu and all. But worry not, the wine list will still be one of the best and certainly most unique in Berlin and we are pretty sure you will love what our new head chef and our new service team will have to offer. Vegetarian substitutes are possible Alan assures us. He s since worked in prominent Michelin starred restaurants including Hibiscus and 10 years at The River Cafe. He has been a culinary nomad for over a decade with stations including Maze, The Square (London), Salt (Paris), Noma (Copenhagen), Narisawa (Tokyo), Frantzén (Stockholm) and will be coming to Berlin straight from Columbia. He's been in this city before, he has already blown people away with his boundlessly creative and artful menus. So expect the unexpected on this last episode of our construction site pop ups. We've been able to take a peek at his proposed four courses and this will be SMASHING! 6/8
