12 System consists of numerous sensors enabling the determination of: Rate of precipitation Type of precipitation Ambient temperature System measurements used to generate an accurate holdover time (HOT) for each departing aircraft based actual conditions System output can be configured to generate HOT information according to the client s preference and operational needs
