2 Buy Tickets now Please note: we only sell tickets to Paid Members & Season Ticket Holders, for more information on our memberships please visit Online This is by far the quickest way to purchase your match tickets, simply log on to and sign in with your log in and password. You can then browse the site selecting tickets where available. You can also view a seating plan to see exactly where your seat is located. In your final basket you will be given an option to have your ticket loaded to your membership card or sent via the post. Please allow a couple of days for the tickets to arrive. We do not post out tickets with less than two working days remaining before the match. These tickets will be available for collection from our matchday ticket collection point at Entrance 9 which opens three hours prior to kick-off. We are delighted to also say that our Members & Season Ticket Holders will not be charged additional administration or postal fees. By Telephone Our Box Office team are on hand Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Saturdays 9:30am to 12:30pm. You can reach the team on , Calls are charged at 10p per minute from land lines. (some networks may vary) when you call in you will be updated with your place in the queue. We do offer a call back system if the lines are very busy. When prompted request a call back and we will ring you when you are next in the queue. In Person The main Box Office is located inside the club store which is at the corner of Whitehorse Lane next to Sainsbury s, The Box Office is open Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5:00pm and 9:30am until 12:30pm on Saturdays. Parking There is no available parking at the stadium. There are disabled parking bays in the Sainsbury s car park, on a first come first serve basis. Some fans may find suitable parking spaces by visiting driveway rental sites. 5 arriving at selhurst park When you get here Once you arrive at Selhurst Park there are many things to do before you settle down to watch the match. There is a Fanzone in the main car park located by Entrance 10 where you can sit back and enjoy some food and a couple of drinks. We also have a resident DJ and live entertainment which starts three hours before kick-off. Details can be found on our website and via Twitter twitter.com/cpfc leading up to a matchday. The younger ones will enjoy our kids zone with fun games and interactive sports for all to enjoy plus a chance to take part in easy to enter competitions. You will also find our club mascots Pete and Alice along with the club s cheerleaders, TheCrystals, in the Fanzone from two hours prior to kick-off. Club Store Selhurst Park has two club stores open on a matchday so you have plenty of choice when it comes to shopping. The main Club Store is located at Sainsbury s car park ance, we also have a store in the Fanzone located directly outside Entrance 10, along with a shirt printing kiosk. Fan Support Our Fan Support Team are located at various points around the Stadium and are on hand if you have any questions or need to help find your way around. 6 concourse menu Catering We are proud to be working with a number of local suppliers to bring you bespoke offerings that are only available at Crystal Palace Football Club. We proudly present our steak and ale pies which are made locally by Goddard s Pies with Cronx Ale; our Palace Ale sausages which are made to Neil Morrissey s special recipe with our very own Palace Ale; and our Soulful Food Pots, which in addition to being a very tasty and healthy option, are vegan and gluten free. Chips are available in the Holmesdale and Whitehorse Lane Stand and wedges are served in the Arthur Wait and Main Stand concourses. We are constantly updating our specifications, so we d love to hear your thoughts and feedback. 7 fanzone menu Catering New this season, the Fanzone s food outlets feature an authentic barbecue with chefs cooking fresh food on the spot. This menu will be changing throughout the season to bring new food and tastes as the seasons change.
