PARK CITY, Utah (Oct. 24, 2017) There s snow on the ground and another famous Park City winter just around the corner. And though the resorts are closed, a number of the region s award-winning restaurants will continue serving their renowned food and drinks through the shoulder season. Here s the restaurant-by-restaurant rundown, of those that have modified hours or will temporarily close for routine maintenance and cleaning before the start of the ski and snowboard season. Check with individual restaurants or the PCARA website for the most up-to-date information on closing dates and fall hours: Apex Serving breakfast and lunch from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner from 5-9 p.m. Billy Blanco s Open daily: Sunday-Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Closed Nov. 22 and Thanksgiving Day.
