2 BLAZIN M RANCH Where the Old West comes to life in the Verde Valley u u u Blazin M Ranch is the perfect choice for your business group events, employee or customer recognition programs, birthday parties, anniversary parties, Quinceaneras, retirement parties, Christmas parties and so much more! Our Western entertainment and dining venue is located in Cottonwood, Arizona approximately 90 miles north of Phoenix and only 20 minutes from Sedona. Organize your special western theme Arizona group or social event as a one-stop shop. We can tailor a group package (including lodging and transportation) to fit your specific needs and create a truly memorable experience for you and your guests. u Group Packages are available (see page 3-9) Chuck wagon dinner and live Western entertainment at the ranch. Dinner menu includes BBQ chicken, ribs, cowboy beans, prickly pear coleslaw, biscuits, homemade caramel-apple crisp with ice cream, lemonade, iced tea, and coffee. All meals include our standard dinner ware (tin plates, standard flatware, and paper cups). Outside dinner ware (plates, glasses, stem ware, and flatware) can be rented separately and will be subject to a set-up charge. Activities at the ranch include ropin lessons, vintage tractor pull, critter walk, shooting gallery*, old time photos*, gift shops and boutiques, and Copper Spur Saloon. On scheduled days, the ranch opens at 5:00PM. The dinner bell rings at 6:30PM and our classic Western stage show begins during dinner. The evening ends at 8:45PM. A total buyout of the facility is available for your group along with group package pricing. This allows you to select what time the front gates open, when the meal is served and entertainment starts (see pages 8-9). There is an additional cost for the shooting gallery and old time photos with the exception of the some of our group event packages (see pages 6-10). Prices exclude 9.35% sales tax and 18% gratuity on most packages except The Prospector and Vittles and Vines (see pages 4-7). 2

This package is offered on a regular open night that is open to other guests during the meal service only. Your reception from 4PM-5PM will be private. v Includes full meal service, activities, and facility (Ranch is open to the public during this time) v Use of ranch grounds for photos or team building activities v Luxury private group transportation with pick up at area hotel or resort.
