From 28 January to 24 February, Le Petit Chef will be making its very first appearance in Singapore for a delicious pop-up at La Brasserie located at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore. Combining cutting-edge 3D projection technology, intelligent storytelling and top-class food, Le Petit Chef is a one-of-a-kind immersive culinary experience. Guests will witness their dinner table come to life as the world-renowned animated character Le Petit Chef serves up an exquisite four-course dinner. All the action takes place at the table as he battles creatures from the deep and braves fire in pursuit of culinary excellence. The experience culminates in the exquisite dishes specially prepared by our chefs at La Brasserie such as Poached Maine Lobster with Baby Asparagus, Truffle Aioli & Avruga Caviar and 200 days Grain-Fed Angus Tenderloin with Sauce Périgourdine. Le Petit Chef was created by the Belgian artist collective Skullmapping, which was founded by filmmaker Filip Sterckx and visual artist Antoon Verbeeck.
