3 EXPENSES: EXPENSES & TRAVEL INFORMATION Lodging Hotel room and tax will be master billed. Attendees will not need to pay for the room. Food/beverage added to your hotel room will NOT be master-billed. Expense claim forms ACSS will not be accepting individual expense claim forms for Lobby Day. Each attendee will receive a stipend check to cover expenses. STIPEND: ACSS mailed stipend checks the week of February 11 th, You should have received your stipend check and information regarding stipends. If you have not received your stipend check, please contact ACSS immediately. If you spend more than your stipend check, you must cover those costs out of your own pocket. If you spend less than your stipend check, you can keep the difference. If you are unable to attend Lobby Day, you are required to reimburse ACSS the full amount of the stipend check. AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: To reserve your SuperShuttle transportation from the airport to the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel, visit the website link below. Enter the destination as 2001 Point West Way., Sacramento, CA The cost for the Shared Ride Shuttle rate is included in the stipend. Shared Ride Shuttle: $17.00 (Each direction)

4 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION HOTEL BUS SCHEDULE TO CAPITOL, MARCH 6 th : On March 6th, a charter bus is scheduled to transport members in one trip from the DoubleTree Hilton to the Capitol Building. Please make sure you are checked out of the hotel and have all of your luggage with you when you board the charter bus. The bus will depart from the MAIN ENTRANCE of the hotel at 8:00 am SHARP. 9:00 am SHARP ALL MEMBERS meet on the SOUTH side of the Capitol Building for an ACSS group photo 9:00 am 4:30 pm Lobby Day 4:30 pm Return to the bus to retrieve luggage and take SuperShuttle back to the airport. NOTE: Breakfast and lunch is ON YOUR OWN on March 6 th. Please plan accordingly and arrive to your meetings on time.
