9 2010 Term and Condition FOOD & BEVERAGE All Federal, Provincial and Local law with regard to Hotel Food and Beverage purchae and conumption are trictly oberved. The Reidence Inn by Marriott Kington Water' Edge reerve the right to provide and erve all food and beverage on Hotel premie. No outide food and beverage may be conumed in hotel banquet room. Finalized menu election mut be received 14 day prior to the cheduled function. The Hotel may, at it dicretion, require a minimum food or beverage revenue guarantee to reerve any function pace and/or date. Thi minimum will be indicated on the Banquet Event Order. GUARANTEE XXXX A confirmed attendance mut be pecified by noon 72 hour prior to all function. Thi will be conidered your minimum guarantee and not ubject to deduction. Charge will then be baed on the guarantee or actual attendance, whichever i greater. The 72-hour guarantee i baed on a five-day (5) work-week. SIGNAGE All diplay, exhibit, banner, decoration, ign and other uch imilar item mut conform to City Fire Ordinance and will not be attached in any manner to wall, door or tructure of any part of the building. Placement of uch item on Hotel property mut be reviewed in advance by Event Department and applicable ervice charge will be quoted. Any damage to Hotel premie from uch item will reult in additional charge. LIABILITY Lo or damage of a group diplay, decoration, or other property brought into the Hotel premie will be the ole reponibility of the client Organization. The Hotel aume no reponibility for lot or tolen client property. The group i reponible for the conduct of all peron in attendance and for any damage incurred to the Hotel or it guet by individual aociated with or repreenting the client group Organization. Due to the ize or nature of a function, the Hotel may require the ervice of a reputable or licened ecurity agency. It i the reponibility of the client to make thee arrangement; however, the Hotel mut review and approve thee arrangement in advance. Payment for uch ervice will be the reponibility of the group or cutomer hoting the function. PAYMENT TERMS Specific depoit requirement will be reviewed for each function and the appropriate depoit and term will be indicated on your Banquet Event Order. Balance of payment for a banquet function i expected prior to the Event. All ocial function are to be prepaid in full one week prior to the Event. A credit Card i required a a guarantee for all ocial function. No charge will be applied to the credit card unle the Hotel i authorized to do o by the client. Social event will not be conidered definite until a depoit of $ i received with an authorized ignature on the Catering Policy. Payment may be made by cah, credit card or certified cheque.

10 2010 Term and Condition SPECIAL SERVICES The Hotel can be of aitance in many area of ervice to enhance a Group Event; floral arrangement, coat check, audio viual requirement, photography, entertainment, decoration, etc. The Wedding Coordinator will review appropriate charge. Advance delivery of material, equipment, package, mut be coordinated with the Event Department prior to the function date. Such item are ubject to maximum ize and weight retriction, a well a torage and handling fee. To aure proper receiving, pleae addre all item a follow: BRIDE AND GROOM S NAME, XXXX GROUP REPRESENTATIVE, HOLD FOR ARRIVAL DATE (EVENT DATE) ATTENTION EVENT COORDINATOR S NAME. The Hotel will exercie all cutomary and reaonable care of receivable good, but will not aume any liability for lo or damage to uch item. SOCAN rate are baed on number of attendee and are outlined on individual contract. USE OF OUTSIDE VENDORS If an outide vendor i hired to provide any good or ervice during an event, the Hotel may, in it ole dicretion, require that uch vendor provide, in form and amount reaonably atifactory to the Hotel and indemnification agreement and proof of adequate inurance. 11 2010 Term and Condition CANCELLATIONS The performance of thi contract by either party i ubject to act of God, government regulation, diater, trike or other emergency. In the event that any uch incident hould occur making it inadviable, illegal or impoible for either party to comply with the term of thi contract, written notice will be provided by one party to the other. Group agree to provide the Reidence Inn by Marriott Kington Water Edge with written notice of any deciion to cancel or to otherwie eentially abandon it ue of the function room outlined in thi contract. Group acknowledge that a cancellation would contitute a breach of Group obligation to the Hotel and the Reidence Inn by Marriott Kington Water Edge would be harmed. XXXX Group therefore agree to pay the Reidence Inn by Marriott Kington Water Edge, within thirty (30) day after any cancellation a liquidated damage and not a a penalty, the amount lited in the chart below: Date of Agreement to 6 month prior to event: 25% of total anticipated revenue. From 6 month to 3 month prior to event: 50% of total anticipated revenue From 3 month to 15 day prior to event: 75% of total anticipated revenue. From 14 day to 0 day prior to event: 100% of total anticipated revenue.
