On wedding, a econd depoit, equal in amount to the original depoit, i required 6 month prior to the function. All depoit are deducted from your final bill. PAYMENTS Final payment by cah, peronal check, or bank check, mut be made 7 day in advance of the wedding. A credit card i alo required to cover any incidental cot that may occur on the day of the wedding. Corporate and ocial function require payment on day of event. PRELIMINARY ARRANGEMENTS 30 day prior to function Thee include complete menu and liquor election, table aignment, number of guet at a head table (if any), color cheme, table decoration, time of arrival and dinner, ordering of cake and approximate number of guet. Thee hould be made one month prior to the function. FINAL ARRANGEMENTS 7 day prior to function Baically, thi conit of verifying the preliminary arrangement already dicued, giving a definite count or guarantee on the number that will be attending, and ubmitting final payment. Cancellation on number of guet will not be accepted within 72 hour of the party but addition can alway be accommodated. GUARANTEES Minimum Number of guet you are reponible to pay for according to the particular room you have reerved. It i very important that you have a good idea of your expected number of guet when you book your room. Note: In the event that the final count i le than the minimum guarantee required for the room that wa reerved, a room rental fee of $16 per peron will be charged for each peron below the minimum guarantee. Actual Number of guet you have ordered for. White will be prepared to accommodate 5% more guet above the actual guarantee. COLOR SCHEMES We offer white table linen with white napkin and table kirting. Other napkin color may be rented at an additional charge. PRICE CHANGES Price are reviewed annually in January and are ubject to change. You will be ubject to the price that are in effect the day of the function. LIQUOR SERVICE In compliance with MA State Liquor Law, White doe not allow the ervice of alcoholic beverage to anyone under the age of 21. MA State Liquor Law prohibit liquor being brought onto or removed from the premie for ditribution (i.e. liquor favor). Management alo reerve the right to refue liquor ervice to anyone who i intoxicated and may terminate liquor ervice before the cloe of each function.
