Depsit A $1,000 turnament depsit is required within 30 days f bking the event. Such depsit will be applied t the final bill and is nn-refundable in the event f cancellatin. Turnaments will be cnfirmed nly upn receipt f depsit. Payment Cmplete invicing fr the event will be sent ut within 48 hurs f the event. Payment is required within 15 days f the event. Interest will be added n t the bill at a rate f 2% per mnth beginning at 30 days. Cnfirmatins The actual number f players, carts, persns requiring fd service and the menu selectin must be cnfirmed t Paradise Canyn Cuntry Club at least five wrking days prir t yur cnfirmed turnament date. Please cnvey any changes t these numbers immediately t Paradise Canyn Cuntry Club and we will make every effrt t accmmdate yu. The cnfirmed numbers becme yur guarantee and minimum charges will be based n such numbers. Paradise Canyn Cuntry Club reserves the right t alter starting times r curse rtatin shuld the number f players differ greatly frm riginal bking. Fd & Beverages All fd and beverages cnsumed at Paradise Canyn must be purchased frm Paradise Canyn Restaurant. N glass bttles, persnal clers r ther beverage receptacle devices are permitted n the curse. Anyne bringing his r her wn beverages will be asked t leave the curse. Hle spnsrships, Beer/Liqur Hles and n-curse fd such as Barbeques, etc. will be allwed but agreements must be made with the Restaurant Manager at Paradise Canyn Restaurant and prducts purchased thrugh Paradise Canyn Restaurant. Negtiatins fr such events must be cmpleted n later than 2 weeks prir t the scheduled turnament. Please cntact Matt ext t make arrangements. ALCOHOL AND REGULATIONS Please keep in mind that Paradise Canyn is a licensed facility NO OUTSIDE LIQUOR IS PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If yu wish t get a certain brand r a spnsred hle please speak t ur Fd & Beverage Manager t discuss ptins. *Alchlic prizes are permitted as lng as they are nt cnsumed n site. DRINKING & DRIVING Paradise Canyn is cmmitted t ensuring all f ur patrns safety at all times. We are required t ensure that ther transprt ptins are available fr patrns nce they have had ne t many drinks. The staff is mre than happy t call cabs fr anybdy that needs them. All that we ask f yu is that the MC fr the evening r the turnament rganizer annunces befre dinner and after dinner that this service is available. If pssible please mentin drinking respnsibly and transprtatin ptins in yur turnament prgram. Paradise Canyn reserves the right t stp service t anyne at any time fr any reasn

2 Dress Cde Metal spikes are nt allwed anywhere n the premises. Prper glfing attire is a requirement fr all turnament participants. Tailred shrts r slacks and cllared shirts are suggested alng with sft spikes r sft-sled shes. Persns wearing sweatpants, cutffs, gym shrts, tank tps, halter-tps r n shirts will be denied access t the curse. Ntwithstanding these guidelines, apprpriate dress at Paradise Canyn is at the sle discretin f the pr shp staff and their decisin is final. Speed f Play Guidelines Please nte that ur Play Crdinatr will clsely mnitr speed f play and each grup f glfers is expected t keep pace with the grup in frnt f them. If a grup f players has t be warned twice regarding slw play, they may be asked t prceed t the next tee by the Play Crdinatr r by the Pr Shp staff. The Play Crdinatr and Pr Shp staff have the sle authrity n the curse. Please bey all instructins and requests. Paradise Canyn requires that all shtgun turnaments play in a maximum f five hurs. Weather The turnament will nt be canceled due t cld, wind, r rainy weather. If, at the discretin f the Curse Superintendent, the glf curse shuld becme clsed r nt playable, an alternate date and time will be chsen fr glf. If a new date cannt be arranged, a refund shall be issued fr the glf prtin nly. The banquet will take place, as scheduled, regardless f weather. Damages The Turnament Grup accepts the respnsibility fr any damages t the facilities and / r equipment wned by the glf curse. Any damages t Paradise Canyn prperty (including but nt limited t pwer carts, buildings, greens, curse, equipment) will be added n t the final bill fr the event. Paradise Canyn retains the right t remve any individual whse cnduct is viewed t be detrimental t any ther player, the curse facilities, r the clubs equipment. Fursmes T assist ur Turnament Crdinatr, players names, in fursmes, must be received 72 hurs in advance prir t the event. Frmat The type f cmpetitin that will be used in the turnament must first be accepted by Paradise Canyn Cuntry Club. Once the cmpetitin has been accepted, there will be n changes t the frmat withut prir apprval. Shtgun Turnaments will be billed fr a minimum f 80 glfers & meals Mnday Thursday r 100 glfers & meals Friday Sunday. Mrning Shtguns will begin at 8:30 r 9:00am, afternn shtguns will begin at 1:30 r 2:00pm. Shtguns ccurring befre June r after August will be at 9:00am r 2:00pm. Organizers Organizers and vlunteers f the turnament shuld reprt t the Paradise Canyn Pr Shp a minimum f tw (2) hurs prir t the starting time f the event. This will ensure enugh time fr any last minute changes and avid any misunderstandings r any unnecessary cnfusin. Signage Electrnic signage must be sent in n less than 10 days prir t the event. Physical signage must be prvided 24 hurs in advance. Tee lcatin must be indicated whether white r blue. The Lessee agrees: T keep the Clubhuse in the same cnditin as when the Lessee rented it. The Clubhuse is declared a n spikes area. Understands that Paradise Canyn Cuntry Club shall nt be liable fr damages whatsever t persns r prperty resulting frm fire strms, theft, etc. r any ther lss arising frm the use r peratin f any part f the Clubhuse. T vacate the premises n later than 1:00 a.m. The parking lt is fr parking persnal vehicles nly and all persnal vehicles are prhibited frm any ther area f Paradise Canyn Cuntry Club. T pay r reimburse Paradise Canyn Cuntry Club fr any damage t grunds, buildings r equipment caused by the Lessee r the Lessee s guests. Club Rentals Cst: $45.00 per set Rental clubs (Nike) are available fr men and lady players advance ntice fr rental requirements is recmmended.
