10 Extras Need some extras for your event? No problem! Display Board 50 Digital Projector 25 Conference Phone 20 Terms & conditions Bookings must be confirmed within 14 days of enquiry and completed booking forms should be returned to Sue Evans. An authorised signatory is mandatory for additional items and costs on the day of the meeting. No materials may be stuck to the walls whatsoever. Wall-mounted paper rails are provided for this purpose. If the room is vacated during the day delegates are responsible for the safety and security of their possessions. Doors may be locked on request. In the event of cancellation of a confirmed conference on the Pay as you go rate, the following charges will apply: Full room hire cost for cancellation within two weeks of the meeting. If food has been ordered an additional 2 per head will also be charged. Full room hire cost for cancellation on the day of the meeting. Full catering costs will also be charged. No charge for cancellations outside of the two week period prior to the meeting, One week s notice is required for all buffet orders. No outside catering is allowed on the Conference Centre site, including buffets, biscuits, cakes and snacks. If food and refreshments have not been ordered, we offer an extensive menu in the Pavilion Bar for purchase. Cancellations or changes should be made directly to Sue Evans (2) 49692, sue.evans@ rrleisure.co.uk) In the event of cancellation of a confirmed conference on the Delegate rate, the following charges will apply: Full room hire cost for cancellation within two weeks of the meeting.
