Southwest University Park and Spectra Food Services & Hospitality combine exciting events and delicious food for the ultimate sporting experience. As the exclusive provider of food and beverage for the ballpark, we are dedicated to creating fresh foods while providing the highest level of quality and service. Our 2016 menu features a wide array of foods; from gameday classics to complete packages, appetizers, entrées, sweet desserts and beverage services. All catered events are subject to a 19% Charge is the sole property of the food/ the catered event (other than employee tips, in lieu of a tip. The Management Charge is PERSONALIZED SERVICE During games, a suite attendant will be assigned to you and your guests to answer all of your food and beverage questions and take additional orders. An advanced notice of three days is required for booking any service. CUSTOMIZED CULINARY SERVICE Our Executive Chef and culinary team are eager to present the 2016 Suites Menu. We would like to offer creative and fresh customized food concepts in addition, to our health conscious menu options.
