13 How to Play the Game Deadlines All game day orders should be placed by 5pm Thirty (30) days prior to game/event day. A signed contract and form of payment are also due at this time. Guarantee Guest Count Guaranteed attendance must be provided fourteen (14) business days prior to the event date. Guest count may be increased, but may not decrease after the established time listed above with approval from Aramark with an additional payment of $5.00 per person. Event Time Hospitality reservations may start as early as 90-minutes prior to game time and as late as 30-minutes after game time. Start times operate on 30-minute intervals. Food and beverage will be hosted for 90-minutes. The Pirates and Aramark must authorize any event time adjustments. Extensions Packages may be extended for a price of $14 per person for beverage or $16 per person for food and beverage. When beverage is extended a $150 bartender fee applies as well as a 19% administrative charge and 7% tax. The extension will last until either the food and beverage run out or the end of the 7 th inning, whichever comes first. Prices Game tickets are not included in menus pricing. All quoted prices are subject to change. Prices will only be guaranteed one year in advance and only when a signed catering contract is executed and deposit received. Administrative Charges and Taxes All additional food and beverage items purchased separately from catering packages (Al a carte items, food and beverage extensions etc ) are subject to all applicable taxes and a 19% administrative charge. This administrative charge is not intended to be a tip, gratuity, or service charge for the benefit of service employees and no portion of this administrative charge is distributed to employees. Liquor Laws Customer shall comply with all applicable local and state liquor laws, and further agrees that neither customer nor customer s guests will request, offer, or serve alcoholic beverages to any minors, or to any persons who, in the opinion of Aramark, are intoxicated.
