The following pages feature some of our most popular menu choices. You will find that our staff of talented catering professionals will provide excellent service, working with you to plan a menu that meets your needs perfectly and executing the event seamlessly. Whether you re planning a casual boxed lunch for a small group of business associates or a gourmet gala dinner, we will work with you every step of the way to ensure success. 3 GENERAL INFORMATION All prices listed are per person. Minimum required guest count is 25 people Service time is two hours for all meals. Eco-friendly biodegradable plates and eco-friendly cutlery are proudly used during events. Linens, china, silverware, and glassware may be requested at an additional cost. Soda and bottled water can be added to any meal for $1.95 per person. Full bar service is available. Please ask the catering manager for details. Bartenders will be billed at a rate of $75 each. For optimal service, we require 1 bartender for every 75 guests. Payment Policy Centerplate accepts company checks, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover as payment for products and services. If the customer prefers to pay by company check, a credit card authorization is required. Credit card authorization is also required to facilitate on-site orders. Centerplates policy requires full payment in advance of all events. Upon the execution of the contract the client shall pay to Caterer a reservation deposit of 50% of the projected cost of the event. Based upon the event type and our attached guarantee policy, the balance of the monies due shall be paid to caterer no later than seven days prior to the event. Any expenses incurred on the day of the event or costs not covered by the reservation deposit and the final payment shall be invoiced within five days of the event and payment is due within fifteen days of the receipt of the invoice. Service Charge and Tax All food and beverage items are subject to a 20% management fee and applicable sales tax, at 8%. Staffing Each event requires specific staffing, additional fees may be necessary to meet the needs of the event. We will determine the number of staffing required for your event based on the anticipated number of guests. Alcoholic Beverages Policy All guests must be at least 21 years of age and possess valid ID to purchase and consume alcohol. Catering Services has first right of refusal on sales and service of alcoholic beverages. For the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests, we do not sell shots. Quality disposable service ware is used for all beverages. Bars must close at least 30 minutes prior to the close of the event Additional Information We use eco-friendly biodegradable plates and cutlery for our events. Linens, china, silverware, and glassware may be requested at an additional cost. All license and permit fees associated with the event will be the responsibility of the client. Each wrap is served on flour tortilla with lettuce and tomato and comes with fresh whole fruit, potato chips, and a soft drink or bottled water. Junior Boxed Lunch (for children ages 12 and under): $9 each Includes a wrap with your choice of turkey and cheese, ham and cheese, or crisp garden vegetable wrap. Each wrap is served on flour tortilla with lettuce and tomato and comes with animal crackers, applesauce, and a juice box or bottled water. Deli Board Buffet: $16 per person Smoked turkey, honey ham, genoa salami, and tuna salad. Garden salad, creamy cole slaw, kosher dill pickles, American and provolone cheese. Selection of breads and rolls, potato chips, fresh fruit. Italian Buffet: $21 per person Sausage and meatballs, sautéed peppers and onions, plus bowtie and penne pasta served with marinara, alfredo, and tomato vodka sauce. Garden salad, garlic bread, and chef s dessert table. Veggie Delight Lunch: $21 per person Greek quinoa salad, with or without feta cheese Red onion, spinach and cucumber salad plus a seasonal garden salad Italian tortellini or farfalle salad Assorted crackers and hummus spread plus fresh fruit. Chef s Dessert Table: $6 per person Assorted sweet treats including cakes, cookies, brownies, dessert bars, and seasonal whole fresh fruit. Beverage and Snack Combo: $6 per person Choose from a variety of bottled waters, iced teas, and assorted soft drinks, along with jumbo cookies and fudge brownies. ADD-ONS Lunch Break Platters: $19 per person Choose from the following premade wraps: honey ham, roasted turkey, and tuna, each with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Garden salad, creamy cole slaw, potato chips, kosher pickets, fresh whole fruit, and jumbo cookies. Zoo-Be-Que: $16 per person Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, grilled hot dogs, served with lettuce, tomato, garden salads, potato chips, and fresh fruit. Zoo-Be-Que Deluxe: $24 per person Barbeque pulled pork, sausage peppers and onions, barbeque chicken. Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, grilled hot dogs, served with lettuce, tomato, garden salads, potato chips, and freshly baked cookies. Healthy Break: $8 per person Assorted granola bars, low-fat individual yogurts, fresh whole fruit, and a variety of bottled waters, iced teas, and assorted soft drinks. Snack Attack: $11 per person Soft pretzels with cheese and mustard, cinnamon churros, popcorn bags, cotton candy, with an assortment of soda and water. Frosty Treats: $8 per person Del s frozen lemonade, novelty ice cream selection, and assorted soft drinks and water. Individual drinks: Soda and water can be added to any meal for $1.95 per guest. Antipasto Station: $11 per person Mediterranean favorites including genoa salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, roasted peppers, marinated mushrooms, assorted olives, grape tomatoes, salad greens, breadsticks, with a side of balsamic vinaigrette. Cocktail Meatballs: $6 per person Petite meatballs with your choice of sweet Italian basil tomato sauce, classic Swedish-style sauce or sweet and sour sauces. Sesame Chicken Tenders: $7 per person Lightly breaded chicken tenders fried golden brown and tossed with toasted sesame seeds, with a sweet tangy sauce and a touch of sesame seed oil. Buffalo Wings: $7 per person Jumbo chicken wings tossed with house buffalo sauce, alongside blue cheese dip and celery. Chef s Carving Station: Market Price Choice of roasted turkey, honey ham, beef sirloin or roasted pork loin served with assorted sauces and rolls.
