As the provider of your food and beverages, the Pelicans on premise culinary staff is committed to the highest standards of quality and service. We are dedicated to providing the finest food and amenities for you and your guests. Our Luxury Suite menu features a wide array of food and beverages. Choose from appetizers to full menu packages, sandwiches, entrees and an assortment of beer and wine. To make your suite visit as effortless as possible, we ask that all food and beverage selections (this includes all special requests) be placed by 5:00pm, one day prior to your event. This will ensure that you and your guests receive the highest in food presentation and quality. The cut off for game day orders will be 10am, day of event. Any orders after that time will be taken by your suite server, upon your arrival, off of our game day food and beverage menu. We look forward to providing you an outstanding dining experience. 12 Miscellaneous Cancellation Food & Beverage Delivery All pre ordered food and beverages will be delivered to your suite upon your arrival or at your requested time. In the event you must cancel your order, please notify your group sales rep immediately. Orders cancelled less than 12 hours of the scheduled event will be charged 100% of the food and beverage order. In the event of a rainout, there will be no need for the cancellation notice. However, if there are guests in the suite consuming food or beverage and the game is called due to rain, then the entire order will be charged to the final bill. Alcoholic Beverages Bottles may not be taken outside of your suite. Please pour beverages into the plastic cups provided. It is the responsibility of the suite holder or his/hers representative to monitor and control alcoholic beverage consumption within the suite. State ordinance prohibits alcoholic beverages from being brought in to suite that are not purchased from Pelicans Concessions, LLC. or leaving the facility grounds. Minors under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages at any time. Payment Methods Payment for all orders can be made with cash or credit card. All suite holders are required to have a credit card number on file. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted. State and local taxes (11.5%) will be added to your bill. No charges will be incurred until the conclusion of the event; at that time full payment is required. If you feel that exceptional service was delivered, please tip accordingly. The credit card on file will be used for any house account payment that exceeds 30 days. Security Please remove all personal property from the suite when leaving the property. The Myrtle Beach Pelicans and Pelicans Concessions will not be responsible for any misplaced property left unattended in your suite.
