We can accommodate most special requests. Please ask! Game Day Ordering There is a game day menu in your suite for extra items you would like to order once you have arrived at the stadium. These items may be ordered from your suite ahendant.

2 Delivery To insure that you receive a high quality product when you arrive in your suite, please let us know upon placing your order what 5me you would like it served. All catering items will be removed from your suite at the conclusion of the event. Alcoholic Beverages No alcohol may be consumed at the by anyone under 21 years of age. Grand Slam Catering employees are instructed to check the ID of anyone who looks younger than 40 years of age, and reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyone who appears to be intoxicated. Addi5onally, guests will not be allowed to remove alcoholic beverages from Regions Park. Outside Food & Beverage No outside food or beverage (including alcoholic beverages) may be brought into Regions Park. For special requests, please contact the Director of Catering in advance.

3 CancellaQon & Inclement Weather Policy Please be advised that a 24 hour no5ce must be provided to Grand Slam Catering for any cancella5ons, or you will be billed for your order at full price. In the event of a delay or cancella5on of the ball game due to inclement weather, your catering order will be prepared and served as originally planned, and you will be billed for your order at full price. If the game is canceled, your game 5ckets may be exchanged at the Barons 5cket office for 5ckets to a future game. Billing InformaQon All suite orders must be held with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The card will not be charged un5l a[er a final bill is presented during the 7 th inning of the game. At that 5me the original card can be charged, or a different card can be used. Payment can also be made by check or cash. Companies who have made arrangements in advance may be billed for suite catering, but must also have a credit card on file as back up. Any outstanding balances a[er 60 days will be charged to the credit card. Applicable sales tax and a 17% facility fee will be added to all bills.
