2 SUITE INFORMATION SUITE MENU We have provided the phone number and important information to assist you with your VIP experience. Please feel free to contact VIP Services for any special needs or requests. VIP SERVICES CONTACT INFORMATION Phone: RTP (VIP Manager) ORDERING All suite menus serve a minimum of 10 people per order and needs to be ordered in additional increments of five. Orders must be placed via (arenavip@ucfcc.com) by 12:00PM three business days prior to the event. Any questions regarding your order please contact Customized menus are available seven days prior to the event with a $ special order charge. Look for this Event Day icon for items available until the one hour before the end of the event. Please allow up to forty-five (45) minutes for delivery of any orders placed on game day. PAYMENT POLICY The Suite holder will receive a function sheet detailing all pre-orders. Any additional food or beverage orders the night of the event will be taken care of by your suite attendant. An 18% service charge will be added to all orders. All prices listed do not include applicable sales tax. FRIENDLY REMINDERS It is not permissible for patrons to bring food and/or beverage into the facility. VIP Services offers full service, in house catering for all of your party needs. We ve made new changes this season that we hope you ll like. From old favorites to new specialties, all the food and drink we re offering this year is carefully chosen and specially prepared for this venue. GRATUITY Pricing does not include gratuity. Gratuity can be added by credit card or cash when bill is presented.
