14 BUCK NIGHT MONDAYS The Captains are proud to present Monday Buck Night to all Party Suites! We are proud to offer special Buck Night pricing to the Party Suite level of Classic Park. In an effort to not only help our suite holders save a little money but also entertain their guests in a first-class manner, we have developed a special menu and pricing for Monday games. This specially-priced menu option is available in addition to our normal Party Suite menu. 24 Five Star Brand Hot Dogs Choice of Popcorn or Chips 16 Cans of Coke products Buck Night Price $105 (Retail Price $260) *The price of $105 is less than $6 per person and savings of over 60% compared to our standard Party Suite Menu prices. 15 Suite Ordering Policies FOOD AND BEVERAGE ORDERING To ensure the best quality, presentation, and service, we ask that all orders be received by 5pm three (3) business days prior to each event. Please notify Captains Concessions as soon as possible of any cancellations. Orders cancelled at least one (1) business day prior to the event will not be charged. It is strictly prohibited for any guest to bring any food and beverage into the suites from outside Classic Park. State liquor laws prohibit alcoholic beverages from being carried out of Classic Park following event. GAME/EVENT DAY ORDERING Game/Event Day services begin one (1) hour prior to the event (gates open) and remain open for one-half hour at the conclusion of the event. Additional food and beverage orders may be placed with your suite attendant. Please note that event day orders are intended to supplement your advance order. SPECIAL REQUESTS Captains Concessions will make every effort to fulfill special requests. Please call x 118 for more details. Please allow three (3) business days notice for any specials requested. BE A TEAM PLAYER - DRINK RESPONSIBLY To maintain compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the State of Ohio, we ask that you adhere to the following: It is the responsibility of the suite holder or their representative to monitor and control alcoholic consumption within their suite. Minors (those under the age of 21), by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. Suite attendants and bartenders are available to you as a requested service to monitor and serve alcohol within your suite. FOOD AND BEVERAGE DELIVERY Your menu selections will be delivered to your suite prior to your arrival (gates open) unless alternative arrangements are made. Some items (pizza) may be delivered closer to event time to ensure the highest quality. If you desire a specific delivery time, please contact Captains Concessions x118. PAYMENT POLICY The suite holder or designee will receive an itemized invoice detailing all preorders, add-ons, alcohol and beverage charges at the end of the event. A 15% service charge and Ohio sales tax will be included. All suite holders shall provide Captains Concessions with a credit card number to be kept on file. This credit card will be used at the holder s direction and to also pay the balance on any invoice that is 30 days past due. SUITE STAFFING Captains Concessions provide the food and beverages at Classic Park Party Suite Level with suite attendants supervised by suite management. It is the attendant s responsibility to ensure that your food and beverage orders are delivered and to assist you on game day. Exclusive suite attendants and bartenders are available to assist you with the greeting of your guests, bartending and personalized attention to the needs to you and your guests. Please notify Captains Concessions of your request three (3) business days prior to the event. A fee of $75 will be applied for each exclusive attendant or bartender requested. SPECIAL EVENT CATERING The Captains Concession catering staff will work with you to provide all of your food and beverage needs. We feature fun stadium fare featured in our concession stands, continental breakfast service and buffet lunches, providing solutions to all of your event needs.
