7 Policies & Procedures Suite Catering Policies The Salem Red Sox are committed to creating a first class experience for you and your guests. In order to achieve this, we have developed a guide to help make the process as simple as possible and also to ensure you benefit from everything the Red Sox have to offer. Salem Red Sox Main Line (540) and Ask for a Sales Representative. Pre-Order Menu & Ordering Process This Pre-Order Menu is intended to help provide you and your guests the best possible experience. It is in your best interest to place orders in advance, as this allows us to provide first class service. Please place your order no less than 24 hours prior to your event. All Pre-Order food and beverage will be ready for you at the time the gates open. If you miss the deadline to submit your pre-order, there will be a limited Day of Game Menu available in your suite. When using the Day of Game Menu, please allow minutes to prepare anything ordered off of this menu (prep time may vary for some items). To submit an order, you should (1) download and complete a Pre-Order Form available on our website (salemsox.com) OR contact your Sales Representative or our Food & Beverage Department for assistance completing this form. (2) If you are completing this form yourself, please the completed form to your Sales Rep or to Patrick Pelletier at ppelletier@salemsox.com. Day of Game Your food and beverage will arrive in your suite at the time the gates open. Should you need your order at a different time, please specify the appropriate time on the Pre-Order Form. Your suite will also be assigned a dedicated suite attendant to take any additional orders. Please see your attendant for any additional needs throughout the game. Your suite will be stocked with everything you need for your event: plates, napkins, cups, cutlery, bottle openers, etc. Please let us know if you or your guests need anything additional in your suite. Monday- Friday: Gates Open at 6:00PM Saturday: Gates Open at 5:00PM Sunday: Gates Open at 3:00PM 11:05 AM Games: Gates Open at 10:00AM 1:05 PM Games: Gates Open at 12:00PM Payment You will be required to settle all tabs the night of your event (unless other arrangements have been made with your Sales Rep). All menu prices include state and local food and beverage sales tax. A 22% gratuity will automatically be added on to your Pre-Order to help compensate our wait and kitchen staff. If you receive exceptional service from your suite attendant, you are welcome to leave additional gratuity. We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash as forms of payment.

8 Alcoholic Beverages Please drink responsibly! It is the suite holder s responsibility to monitor and control the consumption of alcohol within the suite. The Salem Red Sox reserve the right to discontinue the sale of alcoholic beverages without restrictions. Alcoholic beverages purchased at Lewis Gale Field are for on premise consumption only. State law prohibits any alcoholic beverages from entering or exiting the ballpark. All alcohol sales end at the first pitch of the 8 th inning or earlier if deemed necessary by Red Sox Management. Cancellations & Other Policies If you need to cancel an order, please contact your Sales Rep or call our main line at least 24 hours prior to the event. If a game is cancelled prior to the ballpark gates opening, all pre-ordered food and beverage will automatically be cancelled unless other arrangements have been made with your Sales Rep. If the game is cancelled after the gates have opened, all pre-ordered food will be served and the suite holder is responsible for all of their food and beverage charges. No outside food or beverage is permitted inside Lewis Gale Field. Please contact your Sale Representative for special requests. No food or beverage will be permitted to leave the property following your event. All premium services equipment (chafing dishes, small wares, televisions etc.) are property of the Salem Red Sox. Any damage or loss of equipment will be charged to the suite holder.
