1 ORDERING POLICIES Welcome to Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium! The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers are the exclusive provider of all food and beverage service at Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium. The following sections contain the basic procedures and helpful guidelines for our services. All menu items are designed to accommodate 10 adult patrons, unless otherwise noted. To alleviate any confusion with food orders and other suite requests, we request that all communication, whether verbal or written come from the main suite contact. No outside food or beverages will be permitted into the facility. For liability reasons, you will not be permitted to take suite food off premise. Suite Staff The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers will staff the suite level with a suite server. It is the responsibility of your suite server to ensure that your pre-ordered food and beverage orders are delivered and to provide personalized attention to the needs of you and your guests, including fulfilling additional food and beverage orders throughout the course of the baseball game. Plates, napkins, cutlery, cups, etc. will be stored in the cabinets within your suite. Any additional needs can be addressed by your suite server. Day of Game Ordering Specific menu items may be ordered the day of game directly through your suite server. Additional orders that are to be added to the pre-ordered bill will only be accepted from the suite host. Suite guests requesting additional food and beverage will be required to indicate an alternate payment method when placing the order. At the conclusion of the seventh inning, the bill will be presented and payment for services is due no later than the top of the ninth inning. Pre-Ordering Food In order to coordinate and execute the delivery of the highest quality products and services to your suite, orders must be placed no later than two business days prior to the event via , fax, over the phone or in person. Taxes are included in the menu price; an 18% gratuity will be added to the final balance. Each order will need to be accompanied by the payment method for the order to be processed. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. At the conclusion of the seventh inning, the bill will be presented and will include all preorders. Payment for services is due no later than the top of the ninth inning or the credit card on file will be charged. 2 ORDERING POLICIES Delivery Schedule Cold beverages and snacks will be available in your suite 90 minutes prior to game/event times. In order to ensure freshness and quality, all other food orders will be delivered by the first pitch of game. Food will be cleared two hours after delivery unless otherwise directed by the suite host. Equipment, Maintenance, Security Each private suite holder is responsible for the actions of guests within the private suite. Any damages incurred will become the responsibility of the private suite holder. All food and beverage equipment (chafing dishes, utensils, small wares, etc.) provided are property of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers and must remain in your suite. Suite maintenance is the responsibility of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. However, if you discover an item that needs attention, please report the problem to your suite server or Wisconsin Timber Rattler Staff member. Lost and Found items may be reported or claimed by contacting Customer Service, located near the entrance of Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium. For emergencies on game day, please contact the suite attendant or a Wisconsin Timber Rattler Security staff. Cancellations and Rainouts The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers will make every attempt to play each game. The suite holder is responsible for food and beverage orders if the game is canceled after gates open. If the game is canceled before the gates open, the suite holder is not responsible for the food and beverage order. Orders canceled 24 hours in advance of the game/event will not be charged. 2

VIDALIA ONION DIP A large bowl of crunchy home-made potato chips with a side of creamy Vidalia onion dip. MIXED NUTS Peanuts, Almonds, Cashews, Pecans, Brazilian nuts, and Hazelnuts! You get them all in this carafe. SNAKETAIL BEER AND CHEESE DIP A perfect combination of cheeses with and just the right amount of our very own Snaketail Ale, accompanied with a large bowl of home-made potato chips. SAVORY PUB MIX A bowl of savory crunchy snacks. GARDEN FRESH SALSA A large bowl of white tortilla chips served with a side of garden fresh mild salsa. MINI PRETZEL KNOTS A bowl of mini pretzel knots with a side of Düsseldorf Mustard Dip. BALLPARK NACHO CHEESE AND CHIPS Warm liquid gold accompanied with a large bowl of white tortilla chips. NACHOS EL GRANDE A huge helping of nacho chips covered with seasoned beef or chicken, cheese sauce, lettuce, salsa, jalapeño peppers and all topped of with a healthy serving of sour cream. Sides Serves about 10 MERKTS MAC N CHEESE Elbow noodles smothered in extra rich and creamy cheese sauce, including Merkts Sharp Cheddar CAESAR SALAD A bed of fresh greens topped with decadent Caesar dressing topped with grape tomatoes, croutons and frico. POTATO SALAD A big bowl of creamy potato salad, just like grandma makes it. CREAMY COLESLAW A picnic classic! A big bowl of crunchy, creamy goodness. 3
