2 WELCOME Ovations Food Services welcomes you to the Suites at Isotopes Ballpark. We look forward to a memorable 12th season. Isotopes Park and Ovations Food Service combines exciting games and delicious food perfectly, providing you and your guests with an ultimate sporting experience. As the exclusive provider of food and beverage for the ballpark, we are dedicated to creating fresh foods and memorable experiences. We look forward to providing the highest level of quality and service. Our 2014 menu features a wide array of foods; from game-day classics to complete packages, appetizers, entrées, sweet desserts and beverage services. We invite you to try some of our new inspiring creations such as our delicious mozzarella and tomato, sausage sampler, and our new Isotopes Queso. Please contact us with any questions, special requests, or to place your order: PERSONALIZED SERVICE During games, a Suite Attendant will be assigned to your Suite to deliver your food and take additional orders. However, if you should require customized service from a Personal Chef or your very own Bartender, we will be happy to provide you this, for an additional charge. An advanced notice of three days is required for booking any service. CUSTOMIZED CULINARY SERVICE Our Executive Chef and culinary team are eager to present the 2014 Suites Menu. We would like to offer creative and fresh customized food concepts in addition, to our health conscious menu options. 17 SUITE INFORMATION SUITE ADVANCE ORDERS Food and beverage from the Suite Menu must be ordered by 2:00 PM at least 48 hours in advance of an event. Advance ordering allows you to order off a more extensive menu. Please follow the schedule below when ordering: Orders need to be placed by 2:00pm on: Thursday for Monday Friday for Tuesday Monday for Wednesday Tuesday for Thursday Wednesday for Friday Wednesday for Saturday/Sunday If you miss the deadline to order, you can select items from our game day menu. This is a limited menu offering our highest quality menu items with a game day preparation time. No outside food or beverage may be brought into Isotopes Park at any time. PAYMENT METHODS Payment for all orders can be made with cash or credit card. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted. State and local taxes (10%) and an Catering Supplemental Fee (18%) will be added to all food and beverage costs for the maintenance of building. No charges will be incurred until the conclusion of the event; at that time full payment is required. If you feel that exceptional service was delivered, please add gratuity for your Suite Attendant accordingly. The credit card on file will be used for any house account payment that exceeds 45 days. FOOD AND BEVERAGE DELIVERY All pre-ordered food and beverage will be delivered to your suite prior to your arrival, upon gates open, unless otherwise requested or noted. Some items need to be kept in the kitchen until requested to ensure the highest quality and presentation. CANCELLATIONS In the event you must cancel your order, please notify the Ovations Catering Manager immediately. Orders cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled event will be charged 100% of the food and beverage order.

18 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES At Ovations, we encourage the responsible consumption of fine wines, distilled spirits, and craft beers in moderation. It is the responsibility of the suite holder or host to monitor and control alcoholic beverage consumption within the suite. State ordinance prohibits alcohol beverages from entering or leaving the facility grounds. Minors under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages at any time. Your Suite comes with a refrigerator and liquor cabinet for your beverage service. Ask your representative about specialty bar packages. A perk of being a suite holder is the ability to set a standard bar-par that will be filled and completed each and every event, unless otherwise noted. Please refer to your Suite Attendant for last call times. Cans and bottles may not be taken outside of your suite or outside of the venue at any time. Please pour beverages into the plastic cups provided. Ovations staff can deny you the sale of alcohol or beer at anytime. BE A TEAM PLAYER- DRINK RESPONSIBLY FOOD REMOVAL GUIDELINES Due to the length of time that food will be held in the suites during an event, Ovations has concerns over the wholesomeness of this product when taken off-property for later consumption. Given this disposition, it is our strict policy that all leftovers must stay in the suite. No food is to be removed from the suite and taken off of the property at any time. SECURITY Please remove all personal property from the suite when leaving the property. Ovations Food Services cannot be responsible for any misplaced property left unattended in your suite.
