5 PLACING ORDERS ALCOHOL SERVICE POLICIES & PROCEDURES All upgrade package orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m., two business days prior to each event. Please place all Saturday, Sunday, and Monday game orders by 2:00 p.m. Thursday. Orders can be placed by calling Suite Eats at or ing during normal business hours. If a game is cancelled for any reason and the ballpark does not open, you will not be charged for your order. To maintain compliance with the rules and regulations set forth by the District of Columbia, we ask that you adhere to the following: Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into or taken out of Nationals Park. It is the responsibility of the event host or their representative to monitor and control alcohol consumption in the Suite area. Minors (those under the age of 21), by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to an intoxicated person. The Washington Nationals and Levy Restuarants encourage all fans consuming alcohol to take public transportation or have a designated driver. PAYMENT PROCEDURE When placing your order, you will be required to provide a credit card for full payment. SMOKING Nationals Park is a smoke-free facility. Guests wishing to smoke must exit at designated gates.
