7 ORDERING INFORMATION PLACING ORDERS In order to ensure the highest level of presentation, service, and quality, we ask that all upgrades and beverage orders be placed seven days prior to each event. Should you require a vegetarian option for certain members of your group, we are happy to accommodate this with the same seven days advanced notice. Orders can be placed with the Levy Catering Sales Manager at during normal business hours. If a game is canceled for any reason and the stadium does not open, you will not be charged for your order. If there is inclement weather, and your event is in an unprotected area of the park, Levy and the Washington Nationals will work to relocate your group to a sheltered location. Final guarantee numbers are due one week prior to your event. ALCOHOL SERVICE A Bartender will be required if you choose to add alcoholic beverages to your package for an additional fee. We recommend one Bartender per 75 guests. To maintain compliance with the rules and regulations set forth by the District of Columbia, we ask that you adhere to the following: Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into or taken out of Nationals Park. It is the responsibility of the event host or their representative to monitor and control alcohol consumption within the party area. Minors (those under the age of 21), by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to an intoxicated person. PAYMENT PROCEDURES When placing your order, you will be required to provide a credit card for full payment. A 20% service charge and 10% sales tax will be added to all orders. Because Levy exclusively furnishes all the food and beverage products at Nationals Park, guests are prohibited from bringing in personal food or beverages without proper authorization. All prices are subject to applicable tax and service charges. Events of (25) guests or less are subject to a small group fee per meal function. 6
