We ve customized an extensive menu just for Sioux Falls Stadium with original recipe appetizers, tempting hot entrees and indulgent desserts. Of course we have not forgotten the all-time baseball favorite- hot dogs! Your meals will be accompanied by top name soft drinks, wines, and impeccably served by our highly professional and attentive staff. 10 General Suite Information Alcoholic Beverages Spectra Food Services & Hospitality is the exclusive provider for all food and beverages at Sioux Falls Stadium. The suite holder or his/her representative is responsible for controlling and monitoring alcoholic beverage consumption in their suite. In accordance with South Dakota State Law, anyone less than 21 years of age is not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages. It is also prohibited to bring in any outside alcoholic beverages or remove them from your suite or the suite level. Any outside beverages will be immediately confiscated. Suite Advance Orders Food and beverage from the Suite Menu must be ordered by 2:00PM at least 48 hours in advance of an event. Advance ordering allows you to order off a more extensive menu. Please follow the schedule below when ordering: Orders need to be placed by 2:00 PM on: Thursday for Monday Friday for Tuesday Monday for Wednesday Tuesday for Thursday Wednesday for Friday Wednesday for Saturday/Sunday If you miss the deadline to order, you can select from our Game Day, menu. This is a limited menu offering our highest quality menu items with a game day preparation time. No outside food or beverage may be brought into Sioux Falls Stadium at any time.

11 Food and Beverage Delivery Your food and beverage selections will be delivered to your suite prior to your arrival at each event, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Management Fee All catered events are subject to a 20% Management Charge. This Management Charge is the sole property of the food/beverage service company or the venue owner, as applicable, is used to cover such party s costs and expenses in connection with the catered event (other than employee tips, gratuities, and wages), and is not charged in lieu of a tip. The Management Charge is not a tip, gratuity, or service charge, nor is it purported to be a tip, gratuity, or service charge, for any wait staff employee, service employee, service bartender, or other employee, and no part of the Management Charge will be distributed (as a tip, gratuity, or otherwise) to any employee who provides service to guests.
