Our goal as the official caterer to the Springfield Cardinals and Hammons Field is to provide 100% guaranteed satisfaction on all food and beverage services. Trafficway Springfield, Missouri Ordering Procedure In order to provide the freshest food and highest quality service possible, we request that all food and beverage orders be placed at least one (1) business day prior to each event. All menu items (including Game Day menu) are available to order in advance. A service charge and applicable sales taxes will be assessed on all food and beverage orders. Please note that all menu items are prepared and priced (excluding the B-Lounge Menu and Game Day Specials) to serve 6 people, unless noted. Orders must be placed by phone, fax, or on our website. When ordering online at you will need your suite's password. Should you need the password, please contact our Suites Administrator. Our Game Day menu is available during the event. Place your order with your Suite Attendant or dial our in-house catering line posted on your phone to talk to our catering staff. Orders will be accepted until two (2) hours after the event begins. Please note that all menu items on our Game Day menu are prepared and priced to serve 6 people. Delivery of Advance Orders In order to provide our guests with the finest quality service, we will deliver your advance order at the time you request. Hot food will be kept hot in chafing dishes in your suite. Cold food will be refrigerated up to your requested delivery time. Our service staff will assist you with the final details and preparation. Payment Payment must be specified at the time the food and beverage order is placed. 22 Hammons Field Luxury Suites and Catering Delaware North Companies Sportservice is the exclusive food and beverage provider for Hammons Field. It is not permissible for guests to bring food or beverages into the stadium. Any food or beverage product brought into the stadium without proper authorization will be confiscated and/or charged to the suite holder at a normal retail price. Beverage Par Stocking System A beverage par stock is inventory you will have stocked before each event. If you would like to have this service for your suite, please feel free to contact our Suites Administrator who will further assist you. This is not a required service, but an added amenity available for your suite. If at any time you would like to change your par stock, please contact our Suites Administrator in writing. Consumer Advisory Eating raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness. Young children, pregnant women, older adults and those with certain medical conditions are at greater risk. Food Allergies and Sensitivities If you or your guests suffer from a food-based allergy or sensitivity, please contact our Suites and Catering Director at (417) We will consult with our Chefs in an effort to meet your needs and ensure that you and your guests have an enjoyable experience during your event. Please note that some of the ingredients used in our offerings originate in facilities where common food allergens may be in use. Dietary Restrictions and Special Requests In an effort to meet the needs of our guests, our menu is designed to provide a wide variety of choices. Should you or your guests have any special dietary needs or requests, including Kosher and vegetarian meals, we will make every effort in order to accommodate these requests. We would appreciate three (3) business days notice for your request. Personal Service Sportservice will provide a Suite Attendant to service your Luxury Suite. This service includes set-up of your suite, greeting early guests, delivering of food and beverage products and personal attention to the suite. Should you desire special in-suite host/hostess assistance or bartenders services, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary staff. When requesting a dedicated server or bartender, 48 hour notice is required. The cost for a dedicated server or bartender is $ per event. Special Occasions It would be our pleasure to provide you with additional arrangements including special occasion cakes, official Springfield Cardinal merchandise and floral arrangements, please allow three (3) business days notice. We would like to help create a memorable event for you and your guests. Contact our Suites and Catering Manager for more information. Sportservice's Commitment to Your Safety To ensure a safe and enjoyable time and to maintain compliance with the rules and regulations of the state of Missouri and Sportservice, no alcoholic beverages may be brought in or removed from the stadium. It is the responsibility of the suite owners to ensure that no minors or intoxicated persons consume alcoholic beverages in their suites. Sportservice reserves the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to any person that appears to be intoxicated.
