12 POLICIES. PROCEDURES. DELAWARE NORTH SPORTSERVICE WELCOMES YOU TO FNB FIELD AND WE ARE PLEASED TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR IN-SUITE FOOD AND BEVERAGE REQUESTS. PREORDERING FOR YOUR EVENT To ensure we meet all of your requests, we kindly ask that you place orders (2) full business days prior to your event, by 4 p.m. Advance orders allow you to select from our entire menu, making sure that your menu choices are ready to serve when you arrive. METHOD OF PAYMENT It is recommended that Suite Holders set up an account with a major credit card and contact person. Credit card information is required at time of order placement. Sportservice will keep this information securely on file for authorized use only. The Suite Holder is responsible for any order for the suite. At the conclusion of an event, your Suite Host will be presented with an itemized detail of all food and beverage to be charged to the credit card. ONLINE ORDERING Our preferred method of order placement is through our online ordering system, GUEST RESERVE. You will receive an detailing your username and password, which enables you to access the site. Your order will be directed to our Suites Administrator immediately. Online ordering instructions: Suites.delawarenorth.com/guestreserve *Select the FNB Field tab *Follow the onscreen instructions Should you have questions regarding the ordering system, please contact our Suites Administrator at , ext GAME DAY ORDERING FOR YOUR EVENT Orders received after the preorder deadline will be considered GAME DAY orders. Only menu items with a game day icon will be available for purchase. Orders may be placed with the Suite Attendant upon your arrival for the event. A credit card is required in order to submit game day orders. SERVICE CHARGES AND SALES TAX An administrative charge of 18 percent has been added to your invoice, 10 percent of which is distributed to the Suite Server staff and 8 percent of which is retained by the company to provide competitive wages. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, and to maintain compliance with Pennsylvania laws, along with policies of FNB Field and Delaware North, no alcoholic beverages may be brought into the stadium by the Suite Holder or guests. No alcoholic beverages may be taken outside of FNB Field. It is the responsibility of the Suite Holder to ensure that minors or visibly intoxicated guests do not consume alcoholic beverages. Delaware North Sportservice, management, and servers reserve the right to check for proper identification and to refuse service to guests who appear to be intoxicated. CANCELLATIONS Should you find it necessary to cancel an order, please contact our Suites Administrator at , ext. 137, at least 24 hours prior to the date of the event. This will help to avoid the assessment of cancellation charges up to the full menu cost of the food items ordered. Beverage orders can be cancelled at any time unless specially ordered items have been purchased.
