15 POLICIES & PROCEDURES GENERAL INFORMATION FOR MEMPHIS REDBIRDS LUXURY SUITES Suites Manager Suites Fax Suites CORRESPONDENCE AND REMITTANCE SHOULD BE SENT TO: Delaware North Sportservice / Suites Manager AutoZone Park 200 Union Ave Memphis, TN ORDERING PROCEDURE In order to provide the freshest food and highest quality service possible, we request that all food and beverage orders be placed for weekday games by 4:00 p.m. two (2) business days prior to the specific game or event date. Please place all weekend orders by 4:00 p.m. Thursday. Orders must be placed by phone, fax or . A Game Day Menu is available if you are not able to place your order by the specified times. Please note that all menu items are prepared and priced to serve eight people. Our Game Day menu is available during the event. Place your order with your Suite attendant. Orders will be accepted up until two (2) hours after the event begins. DELIVERY OF ADVANCE ORDERS In order to provide our guests with the finest quality service, we will deliver your advance order at the time you request. There are two delivery options: Deliver at Game Time Deliver at Gate Opening generally one hour prior to Game Time. Hot food will be kept hot in chafing dishes in your Suite. Cold food will be refrigerated up to your requested delivery time. Our service staff will assist you with the final details and preparation.

16 POLICIES & PROCEDURES PAYMENT Payment must be specified at the time the food and beverage order is placed. You may pay with the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Cash A standard service charge of 20 percent and all applicable taxes will be added to food and beverage orders. Any additional gratuity is at the guest s discretion, provided they have received truly exceptional service from their Suite attendant. If you would like to add gratuity, you may add it to your final invoice at the time it is presented or you may designate a tip when placing the order. Receipts are presented to the event host by the attendant at the end of each event, unless directed otherwise. AUTOZONE PARK LUXURY SUITES AND CATERING Delaware North Sportservice is the exclusive food and beverage provider for AutoZone Park. It is not permissible for guests to bring food or beverages into the stadium. BEVERAGE PAR STOCKING SYSTEM CONSUMER ADVISORY Eating raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Young children, pregnant women, older adults and those with certain medical conditions are at greater risk. FOOD ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES If you or your guests suffer from a food-based allergy or sensitivity, please contact our Suites and catering manager. We will consult with our chefs in an effort to meet your needs and ensure that you and your guests have an enjoyable experience during your event. Please note that some of the ingredients used in our offerings originate in facilities where common food allergens may be in use. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS In an effort to meet the needs of our guests, our menu is designed to provide a wide variety of choices. Should you or your guests have any special dietary needs or requests, including kosher and vegetarian meals, we will make every effort to accommodate these requests. We would appreciate two (2) business days notice for your request. The beverage par stock is an optional service for all Suiteholders. This allows you to choose beverages you would like in your Suite on a regular basis. Please contact your Suites manager for more information on this service.
