As the exclusive provider for food and beverages at Isotopes Park, we are committed to the highest standards of quality and service. Ovations on-premise culinary staff is dedicated to providing the finest food services and amenities for you and your guests. Our Suite menu features a wide array of foods, from appetizers to full menu packages, hot and cold sandwiches to entrees, sweet desserts and complete beverage service. We would like to also inform you that the majority of our packages and entrées are made with natural, locally grown and sustainable ingredients. Personalized service During events, suite servers will be assigned to service your needs & deliver your food orders and are available to take additional orders. However, if you should require tableside service with a personal Chef, your very own bartender or food and drink service, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary staff, for an additional charge. 21 Ordering Information Food and beverage from the suite menu must be ordered at least three full business days in advance of an event. No outside food or beverage may be brought in to Isotopes Park. To guarantee delivery of your pre-order we have provided a schedule below: Orders For Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday\Sunday Placed by 2:00pm on Wednesday prior Thursday Friday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Payment Methods Payment for all orders can be made with cash or credit card. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted. State and local taxes (10%) and an 18% Catering supplement fee will be added to all food and beverage costs for the maintenance of building. No charges will be incurred until the conclusion of the event; at that time full payment is required. Gratuity is not added to your bill, if you feel that exceptional service was delivered, please tip accordingly. The credit card on file will be used for any house account payment that exceeds 45 days. Food and Beverage Delivery All pre-ordered food and beverage will be delivered to your Suite prior to your arrival, unless otherwise requested or noted. Some items need to be kept in the kitchen until requested to ensure the highest quality and presentation. Cancellations In the event you must cancel your order, please notify the Ovations Suites office immediately. Orders cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled event will be charged 100% of the food and beverage order.

22 Alcoholic Beverages At Ovations, we encourage the responsible consumption of beer, wine and spirits in moderation. It is the responsibility of the Suite holder or guest to monitor and control alcoholic beverage consumption within the Suite. State ordinance prohibits alcohol beverages from entering or leaving the facility grounds. Minors under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages at any time. Your Suite comes with a refrigerator and liquor cabinet for your beverage service. Contact your Suite representative to stock your bar with a selection of quality brand named products. Simply refer to our beverage section of the menu for suggestions. No additional beverage orders will be taken after the conclusion of the 6th inning. Ovations Food Services has the exclusive right to the sale of all food and beverage service at Isotopes Park. Cans and bottles may not be taken outside of your Suite. Please pour beverages into the plastic cups provided. Be a team player- DRINK RESPONSIBLY Food Removal Guidelines Due to the length of time that food will be held in the Suites during an event, Ovations has concerns over the wholesomeness of this product when taken offproperty for later consumption. Given this disposition, it has been determined that all leftovers must stay in the Suite. Security Please remove all personal property from the Suite when leaving the property. Ovations Food Services cannot be responsible for any misplaced property left unattended in your Suite.
