1 2018 Catering All menu prices in this brochure includes set-up and clean-up of your event, necessary tables and chairs, disposables, all food items and buffet service items. Prices do not include service labor, service charge, tax, extra tables, chairs, linens or china (if we have to order it in special for your event). When you decide on your final menu selection you will receive a contract with all charges estimated to give you a complete price per person. 10 person minimum order (10 will be billed for parties under 10) 15 person minimum for Boxed Lunches (15 will be billed for parties under 15) Arapahoe Park accepts personal checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard for payment. Charitable or non-profit organizations, exempt from sales tax will be required to fill out a sales tax exemption form, per event, in order for Arapahoe Park Catering Services to waive sales tax charges. Ask your Special Event Coordinator to provide this for you. Administrative Service Charge To continually provide the highest level of service, an 18% Administrative Service Charge will be added on all group packages. Gratuities for staff are at your discretion. Labor Charges To insure the highest level of service possible for your event, event management and event staff are charged at the following rates: Servers Bartender $25.00 per service hour $ flat fee per event 1 All groups subject to 18% service charge no exceptions

GOURMET CHEESE BOARD $4.00 per person Wedges and Slices of assorted Cheese including New York Aged Cheddar, Swiss Cheese, Smoked Gouda, French Bread and Gourmet Crackers. Garnished with Red Grapes and Berries. FRESH FRUIT DISPLAY $3.25 per person The seasons Freshest Fruit to include fresh Melons, Pineapple, Red & Green Grapes, Whole Strawberries and Fresh Berries. ICED VEGETABLES WITH GARDEN HERB DIP Garden Radishes, Broccoli Buds, Cauliflower, Peppers, Zucchini, Baby Carrots and Mushrooms all arranged on a Platter. Served with Garden Herb Dip. SEVEN LAYER DIP $4.00 per person We Start with a Base of Seasoned Refried Beans and Build From There. Guacamole, Diced Tomatoes, Green Chili s, Black Olives, Salsa, Sour Cream and Cheddar Cheese. BUFFALO HOT WINGS $4.50 per person Tender Chicken Wings marinated and roasted in our own Hot Sauce. Served with Chunky Bleu Cheese and Celery Stalks. WESTERN BARBEQUE BUFFET $20.00 per person A combination of tender Baby Back Pork Ribs, Chicken and Brisket served with Baked Beans, Corn on the Cobb, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Watermelon and Corn Bread. Great with warm Fruit Cobbler. TUSCAN STYLE LASAGNA $16.50 per person Tender pasta baked with Marinara Sauce and filled with Four Different Types of Cheese and Spicy Italian Sausage. Available Vegetarian Style too! ROAST PRIME RIB OF BEEF $24.00 per person A generous slice of Prime Rib of Beef, roasted to perfection and served with Au Jus and Horseradish sauce.
