2 Thunder Catering Thunder Catering is the exclusive provider of all food and beverage service at ARM & HAMMER Park. The following sections contain the basic procedures and helpful guidelines for our services. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the information as you begin your experience at ARM & HAMMER Park. Full orders are designed to accommodate 20 adult patrons. Half orders are available on specified items and are designed to accommodate 10 adult patrons. No outside food or beverages will be permitted into the facility. For your safety, you will not be permitted to exit ARM & HAMMER Park with ANY alcoholic items. ONLINE ORDERING In order to coordinate and execute the delivery of the highest quality products and services to your suite, orders must be placed no later than two business days prior to the event via the on-line link. Each order will need to be accompanied by a payment method for the order to be processed. The ordering schedule is as follows and we request all orders be placed by 1:00 PM for: Monday... on Thursday prior Thursday... on Tuesday prior Saturday... on Thursday prior Tuesday... on Friday prior Friday on Wednesday prior Sunday... on Thursday prior Wednesday... on Monday prior GAME DAY ORDERS Most menu items may be ordered the day of game directly through your suite attendant. denotes items throughout the menu that are not available for Game Day ordering. Delivery of game day orders will commence 45 minutes after all pre-orders are completed. Additional orders will only be accepted from the suite host. Suite guests requesting additional food and beverage will be required to provide an alternate payment method when placing the order. DELIVERY SCHEDULE Cold beverages and snacks will be available in your suite 90 minutes prior to game/event times. In order to ensure freshness and quality, all other food orders will be delivered by the first pitch of game. Food will be cleared two hours after delivery unless otherwise directed by the suite host. SUITE GUESTS USAGE To ensure a great experience, we ask that all guests who have acquired use of your suite be given the ordering information and guidelines. We ask that clear communication regarding food and beverage orders as well as payment is provided to both the suite beneficiary and Thunder Catering via at foodsheets@trentonthunder.com.

3 Thunder Catering SUITE EQUIPMENT All food and beverage equipment (chafing dishes, utensils, small wares, etc.) provided are property of Thunder Catering and must remain in your suite. Any damage or loss of equipment by a guest will be the responsibility of the suite holder. SUITE STAFFING Thunder Catering will staff the suite level with attendants who report to an area supervisor. It is the responsibility of your suite attendant to ensure that your food and beverage orders are delivered and to assist you throughout the course of the event. Your suite will be continuously stocked with all of your service needs. Plates, napkins, cutlery, cups, etc. will be stored in the cabinets within your suite. Any additional needs can be addressed by your suite attendant. Thunder Catering can also provide private suite attendants and bartenders to provide personalized attention to the needs of you and your guests. A fee of $75.00 will be applied for each private suite attendant or bartender per event. If you wish to schedule a private suite attendant or bartender, please notify Thunder Catering of your request five business days prior to the event. CANCELLATIONS/RAINOUTS The Trenton Thunder will make every attempt to play each game/hold each event. The suite holder is responsible for food and beverage orders if the event is canceled after gates open. If the game/event is canceled before the gates open, the suite holder is not responsible for the food and beverage order. Orders canceled 24 hours in advance of the game/event will not be charged. BE A TEAM PLAYER DRINK RESPONSIBLY It is the responsibility of the suite holder or your designated suite representative to monitor and control alcoholic beverage consumption within the suite. Thunder Catering reserves the right to discontinue the sale of alcoholic beverages to any persons without restrictions. Alcoholic beverages purchased at ARM & HAMMER Park are for on-premise consumption only. State law prohibits any alcoholic beverages from entering or leaving ARM & HAMMER Park. Anyone under 21 years of age is prohibited from purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages. The Trenton Thunder are dedicated to providing quality events that promote enjoyment and safety for everyone. This is best achieved when moderation is practiced. PLEASE, DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. PAYMENT METHODS All suite hosts for an event are required to provide payment information when placing an order with Thunder Catering. MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and Discover are accepted. NJ sales tax of 7% will be added to all food and non-alcoholic beverage costs where applicable, as will a service charge of 18%. We want to ensure that your event billing is always accurate and complete. At the conclusion of the seventh inning, your bill will be presented with a guest check that includes all pre-orders and event day orders. Payment for services is due no later than the top of the ninth inning or the credit card on file will be charged. Payment for all charges can be made with a credit card or cash.
