1 No.F. 9-2/ /DEAA/KU/M Department of Education in Arts and Aesthetics National Council of Educational Research and Training Sri Autobindo Marg, New Delhi October 26, 2016 CORRIGENDUM With reference to Tender Notice No.F.10-12/2016-DEAA/KU published in Dainik Jagaran, Navbharat Times and Hindustan Times dated October 15, 2016 which also uploaded in NCERT website and consequent pre-bid meeting with the perspective bidders held on October 25, 2016 for hiring of catering and transport services, the following amendments/corrigendum are being made: (A) Hiring of Catering Services : 1. The crockery of Melamine plate with small bowl and s.s.spoon. 2. Buffet system with self service at the Venue for all days. 3. Tea will be served through container 4. Serving of water during the meals will be in jugs with disposable glasses 5. Proposed menu for breakfast, tea break, lunch and dinner during Kala Utsav, 2016 is given*. 6. Per-head proposed* (B) Hiring of Transportation Services 1. The request of perspective bidder for Extra kilometre/extra hour may be added in the financial bid at Sr. No. 1 (c). All the perspective bidders are therefore requested to kindly make note of the above corrigendum for consideration before submitting the bids.
