2 Our Food Khorma Khorma is a dish originating in South-Asia or Central Asia, which can be made with yogurt, cream, nut and seed pastes; it is usually considered a type of curry. The Khorma is a milder, ideally suited to Chicken, Goat, Lamb or Beef. Vindaloo Vindaloo is an Indian curry dish popular in the region of Goa. The cuisine of the Mumbai-based East Indians also includes a variation of the dish. However, it is known globally in its Anglo-Indian form as a staple of Indian menus, often regarded as a fiery spicy dish, though it is not necessarily the hottest dish available. Rogan Josh Rogan josh (is an aromatic lamb dish of Persian origin, which is one of the signature recipes of Kashmiri Cooking. Rogan means oil in Persia, while josh (means heat, hot, boiling, or passionate. Rogan josh thus means cooked in oil at intense heat. Another interpretation of the name rogan josh is derived from the word rogan meaning red color (the same Indo-European root that is the source of the French rouge and the Spanish rojo ) and josh meaning passion or heat. Biryanl For any Biryani recipe one of the essential item is the Basmati rice. Any ingredients could be added to make any variety of rice but the essential item is the basmati rice.
